We did not have a very good experience on our date night to this particular Olive Garden. We had picked olive garden because it was familiar and we knew we would enjoy the food. Unfortunately, that was not the case, as it turned out. My husband ordered a pizza and it took them forever to get it out to us, by the time they brought the food out, mine was crusty (pasta) and his was under cooked. We asked for something different and they brought him a fettuccine alfredo-and it was swimming in sauce. The manager came to our table and made us feel like it was my husbands fault that he didnt like the pizza/pasta. But how could we when it wasnt cooked all the way and the pasta was just thrown together? We didnt feel very valued as customers after that. The first half of our visit was enjoyable but quickly went downhill. Hopefully this can be fixed for future customers!

We used Olive Garden (Winchester VA) catering for an office party/dinner. It was wonderful! The food was delicious and is such a good price. When we went to pick up the order the employees were so friendly and helpful. You could tell they took pride in their food and service. They even helped carry everything to the car. Very very pleased and very very satisfied. Thank you!!

Food was typical chain taste which is expected. Service is sub par. It was clean but hard to get any service. And the server I had didnt follow directions well. Asked for a meal with no peppers and wouldnt you know it there were a lot of peppers. I was in disgust and didnt eat my meal. Server had no clue even after I said something. Maybe i should paint a picture next time

Restaurant is far too busy and crowded. Tables are very close together, and it is sometimes tough to hear inside. In addition, am not convinced that theres anything particularly special about the food. Also, I vastly prefer a no-tipping policy (raise the prices and pay a fair wage, please) to an aggressive upsell of tip percentage via automation.

My girlfriend and I have been making this a regular haunt, as we live just down the street and shes practically obsessed with the salad bowl and breadsticks. Everything weve tried has been quite good, and we highly recommend the chicken parmigiana as the best weve had personally. Wait staff have all been very friendly, too.

My Server David S. was amazing, he made recommendations based on what others had ordered during the week. Everything he suggested was spot on. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to others.. Wonderful service, atmosphere, and menu. Service fast for a quick lunchtime stop, new menu offerings periodically so they keep your taste buds entertained. Family dining, casual or business dress, and friendly and attentive waitstaff. Manga, manga!!!

Our Corps of Engineers retiree group ate lunch here yesterday. We had outstanding service for such a large group (@ 25) - definitely give it 5 stars. The waiters were all very good, the food was excellent - everyone was happy!!

Salad used to have romaine lettuce, now iceberg. We would much prefer mixed greens or romaine. The Taste of Italy three part pasta dish was pretty good. Shrimp were fresh, chicken parmigiano was crispy.
