I have lived in Tysons Corner, VA for many years. I have noticed the pizza go down hill at Pizza Hut on Tyco Road. My main complaint is that they put about half the cheese on the pizza as compared to other Pizza Hut chains. Even when you order extra cheese, there are spots where all you see is cooked dough. I think they deliberately spend extra time spreading the little cheese that they do put on so that it appears to cover the entire pie. I also miss that they dont put the paper separator between the pizza and the box any more - although I am not sure if that is chain wide. Also, if you pick up your pizza, make sure you have a strong stomach as the lady who normally works at the register there needs to shave! In short, I do like Pizza Huts taste, but not this location. Every time I get a pizza at Pizza Hut when traveling I realize how skimpy they are at the Tyco Road location!

The WORRRRST. NEVER AGAIN, I am also writing the corporate office to report them. The most poorly managed establishment ive had the displeasure of calling. Twice Ive called in before closing time to order and they tell me theyre closed already. And its not like I called with a minute to spare: the first time, I called over 30 minutes before closing and got the busy signal for so long that I got in the car and drove there still on hold and I still arrived before closing time and the guy said they were closed; the second time I say that their site says theyre open, the guy rudely responds "yea, well were closed" and hangs up. I called back twice to no answer. THEN, i called Papa Johns, who close at the same time as Pizza Hut and are right next door, with less than 10 minutes to spare and the polite man took my order and my pizza got here in 20 minutes.

Tried ordering from different Pizza Hut location after a long time (because the previous one was a nightmare experience). After placing the order online, I received the pizza with wrong toppings. not just with the toppings I didnt want, but also without the toppings I had asked for. Ill stick to Dominos/PapaJohns.

Im not a food critic, but just an average joe who enjoys pizza with friends on Sunday night. I get carry-out from this pizza hut on a regular basis, and think its fantastic. The employees are great - always kind and helpful, and usually remember our order. Also, stuffed crust = amazing. End of story.

The manager some 18 yr old kid, trying to do everything by himself. Made my pizza wrong, argued with me about it, and took forever to really make it. Saw him using his hands to place it in the box. I ordered pan, though the crust was thin and crispy. Never coming back!

Horrible. Dont order from here. I customized my pizza and it came out very cold and I told them to make it fresh and it was stale. When I called to give feedback the guy on the phone was rude and disrespectful. Very shocked.

We didnt even order. We walked in, and we were completely ignored. We said hello, but the cashier continued to talk to his coworker. We waited for a few minutes, then left. Go to the one on Lee highway. Never going back.
