It was okay. The experience reminded me of shopping at a store that was going out of business. The staff just werent feeling it, you know? Sure theyre friendly, there simply werent enough customers for the staff to make any money on tips. And I know the reason... Parking. OTR truck drivers would be thrilled to eat at a Huddle House. Unfortunately the truck stop caters mainly to local drivers who save their truck parking spots with their cars. That leaves very little parking for OTR drivers. OTR drivers would almost certainly dine at the Huddle House. Local drivers go home to eat. If I owned the Huddle House, I would put all efforts into convincing the truck stop owner(s) to no longer allow truck storage and only truck parking. Allowing drivers to store their trucks or drop their trailers on the lot is killing a potentially profitable business. Thats why this nonsense is not allowed at other truck stops. The OTR drivers are your customers. Not the guys who eat breakfast in their house, 15 miles away. Just my 2 cents. Wish you guys the best. Great location and potential. Too bad its hard for OTR drivers to get there...

Food was good but experienced the same indifference from my waitress as other people complained about in earlier reviews. I am friendly to people including this waitress. My daughter works in a restaurant and know how the public can be so I make a point of being nice. If she did not absolutely have to speak she didnt and would just look at me with a blank stare. My bill was just under $8 and I handed her my bill with $10 and told her she could keep the change. The tip exceeded 20% and was far more than she deserved but I just wanted to get ou of there. Again just a blank stare,no thank you, nothing. I have no idea what the problem was. I was irritated so I just walked away without saying anything else.

Service is absolutely horrible! 9 employees behind the counter, not one acknowledged us when we walked in. Order was provided about 10 minutes after we sat down, minus 1 set of flatware. About 40 minutes later we received our breakfast. When the waitress was questioned about the length of time it took she was defensive. No apologies. She never came back to the table to see if we needed coffee refills or to check on anything. I can assure you my sisters & I will never eat at Huddle House again. We will tell everyone we know about our experience & advise them to go anywhere else.

Service is horrible now. You walk in, NOBODY acknowledges you. So youre standing there wondering if you seat yourself. Last night, it took the waiter about 15 mins to even cone take our order. It wasnt a lot of customers either. 10mins for drinks and 20mins for our food then it was cold. I just walked out today because me and my mom waited too long yo even get acknowledged smh....Not to mention, a white couple came in last night, was acknowledges, sat down and got their food before us smh. Im done with Huddle House. Plaid Turnip is excellent!

The place was not busy and it was clean enough however the waitress was HORRIBLE and my french fries were cold and the grits lets just say the butter didnt melt however the waitress was down right rude and she did it all with a smirk on her face. I have never experienced anyone like her. She was arrogant and very dismissive. I dont know what her problem is/was. I was so excited about patronizing the restaurant for the first time but sad to say it will probably be my last.

We usually take our entire family there to eat, great food. Today, was different, my husband and I walked in, no one said good morning, we will be right with you, we couldnt even get eye contact. We counted 6 waitresses that walked passed or was near us and not one person acknowledged us. We stood there for maybe ten minutes give or take and NOTHING. Thank you to the staff for sending us somewhere else to eat. We left and we arent sure if we will return.

Worse service. I ordered their Philly Steak Sandwich with a side of hash browns. The hash browns was the size of my fist and scattered. Then the made a second order and it was the same way hard and burnt. If you call in they hardly answer the phone. Also when paying for your food they make you wait standing their like no else no how to use the cash register and there is at least 4-5 people working up front. Some really need to address the issue their.

If you want to watch a reality tv show, dont bother and just go here. The place is dirty, roof leaking, waitress fighting with cooks. Arrived to a nice dirty table, place was empty. Placed an order, 24 minutes later still no food. Remember place is empty. No offer to refil coffee. Oh an the wait time was because waitress never put in my order. Food sucks, staff sucks, I would rather eat a turd sandwich then go back here.

WORST SERVICE IVE RECEIVED IN A LONG TIME. Literally waited 10 minutes before being acknowledged, another 5 for drinks then another 10 for our orders to be taken, only to be told they werent taking any more orders right now. Will not be returning, & I highly suggest hiring more people or at least hiring people who can handle waiting more than two tables at a time.

My husband and I recently ate at this location. The food was good and our waitress was nice. We were a little put off, however, by the way her and one of the cooks couldnt keep their hands off each other. We found that to be inappropriate behavior for the workplace, especially one involving food. We will be back, but would prefer not to see any more of that.

Upon arriving noticed it was not busy but could not find a clean table to sit. Had to sit at a dirty table and wait for staff to notice us even after other customers who came in after us received service. 20 min later and every table is still not bussed or cleaned. One of my favorite places to go just hope it doesnt start to go downhill.

On 3/3/17 I placed an pick up order, at 1105am, I didnt leave until 1130am, A Simple 2 eggs, hashbrowns, bacon, and toast As ordered. Then I saw my order complete And 10 personnel dealing other situations With out due diligence to allow one Associate To handle take outs. Not satisfied with experience. Should have requested refund.

Dont know what happened here, but their normal prompt friendly service was non existent this evening. Sat for 10 minutes, nothing. Multiple dirty tables. Saw a cashier and 1 waitress working. Saw one other waitress, outside in her car on the phone. We left since we were hungry and wanted to eat. Went to cazadores.

It was terrible I called first to make sure that they was open since I wasnt from the area only to come in anyway since no one answered the phone only to find the place dirty and employees hanging out in the parking area and having to wait 30 minutes on our order and we were the only customers with orders

I like this place its has the right vibe to it ,not alot of people at one time but just the right amount of people it makes you feel like you can come and eat after a long drive or if your going in to work you can do a call in and just come pick it up if you dont have the time to set.
