My family and I walked in to the store., we were at the door over 5 minutes., then we mentioned the table in the corner that needed to be,cleaned,, the lady cleaned the table and walked away. We waited for a few more minutes and the lady with red hair peeked through her hair and keept doing what ever ,, completely blowing us off. Then we asked to have the pile of food swept up. And a older white women said when we can .. So they talked between them selves and the red haird women went to the back.. I said if you get me a groom Ill get it.. They said the man was commi,g to get it. We got the nastiest look from the people there so we walked out.. Then a women came I. As we were leaving.and still had to wait for a few minutes ,pathetic. Piss poor ,, keep it up and everyone one will be going somewhere else..

The diner was clean from what I could see. I was greeted as I entered.The food was not very good and had an odd smell. The food cost more than it was worth even if it had been good. I paid over 10 dollars for eggs bacon toast coffee and the weirdest looking bowl of grits I had ever seen. I can remember a time when this was a good place to eat.. my son and I ate there on a regular basis. I do not recommend this diner to anyone until there are changes and retraining of the staff. Franklin is a small town and doesnt have many places to choose from to eat.. So owners get on top of your establishment Iwould hate for another potentially good place for our citizens and passers-by to dine close there doors...

Today was the worst...service was ridiculously slow.. I ORDERED A BLT...THE BACON WAS RAW...THE SERVER DIDNT COME BACK TO THE FOR AN HOUR.. WE HAD TO CALL ANOTHER SERVER TO OUR TABLE... OUR SERVER KATY,DIDNT ASK, IF I WANTED TO ORDER SOMETHING ELSE IN PLACE OF MY RAW BLT...I CAN UNDERSTAND BEING BUSY,SHORT OF STAFF...BUT TO SERVER RAW FOOD AND NOT OFFER TO GET YOU SOMETHING ELSE...SMH!!! THAT ONE STAR I GAVE IS BECAUSE IT WAS THE LOWEST I COULD GIVE...THIS IS AN UNSAFE AND NOT A HEALTHY PLACE TO EAT AT...

I entered about 12:55 and took a booth,it had to be cleaned.I gave my order to the waitress in less than 5 minutes. It took my order almost one hr.to get to me.there were people ahead of me who waited An hr and anhalf to get their food.which they had to send back cause it was over cook.this is unacceptable seeing that u had three to four waitress es working and two cooks at the time.someone has dropped the ball on this one and need to make some corrections .I will not be returning no time soon.

Not a fan. An attempt to be slightly more upscale than waffle house falls slightly short. Food was average for my meal and the kids meals were pretty terrible. My daughters chicken tenders were not tender or possibly even chicken. Cost to food ratio was terrible as well. Decore was better than waffle house but you leave there with the same guilt as if you went to a waffle house. I guess what Im saying is, go to waffle house and skip this place if possible

Walked in, no one acknowledged us. A customer had to let us know, we can pick a table. We sat down. Several minutes went by before anyone came to our table. Two cooks and three waitresses. Then as people walked in, a waitress would tell them it would be 4 5mins to an hour!! NOT a friendly place! When tables needed cleaning two out of the three waitresses stood around talking! Never again! Management take note to your Franklin Va resturant!

My sister and I stopped in for lunch on Saturday. What a disappointment! The waitress had an attitude from the time we sat down until right before she brought the check, then was all smiles. She ignored us and we had to ask another waitress for assistance. There was a spill on the floor and no one took care of - they all just walked around it. The food was okay... Overall a very bad experience. We will not be going back.

This is my first time visiting this place. I went with my family on July 3rd. Their waitress kept messing up our order and the food came out an hour after we ordered. Even after we got our food, the order was messed up and the food was not so good. After we complained overtime to the waitress and the manager, nothing was done to really take care of this situation. This was my first and last time going there.

I had a horrible waitress by the name of Neasia who was incredibly rude and inattentive. Not only did simple pancakes take 45 mins to cook in a nearly empty restaurant, but she actually passed my food to two other customers before it was placed in front of me!!!! I paid for my drinks and walked out!! I do not recommend eating here!

Terrible service. Been here for over 45 minutes, server has been very inattentive. My food hasnt arrived and my guests order was missing items which the server placed blame even though she did not ask. Very rude and unapologetic. Coffee and water took 20 minutes to refill and it is not busy with two servers and only 4 tables.

Great food. I had the country fried steak and it was amazing. I visit pretty often now and it has gotten better and better. I didnt like that the waitress(cassandra) made my side salad without the tomatoes and onions like the previous time and we didnt get any refills. But she was friendly and check on my group frequently.

Nasty people and nasty food. The place needs to be closed down. So many ppl have gotten food poisoning from it. Andddd if the employees cant find childcare they just bring their kids to work and feed them for free. Wtf.

I love the huddle house. On wed they give you a free waffle with purchase of breakfast. & at walmart on the back of your reciept they have coupon for free waffle too. Id get fat eating here. Open 24hrs

I love huddle but not this one. Excessive long wait for simple order. Moody cooks and no refill on drink for over 30 minutes while waiting on food.
