n my opinion, Paneras food (sandwiches, salads, soups, pastries) is worth 3 stars for A-okay. Except that I LOVE their in-house (made fresh daily) Green Goddess salad dressing (4 stars, only available in-store) for their Cobb salad. Way better than any store bought GG dressing versions by Kraft or Trader Joes, etc. Id love to have that salad dressing recipe, or if theyd sell that dressing by itself (bottles of Panera salad dressings are sold at Safeway, Target, etc). The Cobb salad itself is just okay. Panera uses very ripe tomatoes in their salads, which I dont like that much. I prefer crisp tomatoes rather than mushy ones. The baguette bread that comes with the salads and soups is good too. Unlike other reviews, Ive never had any problems with service or had any food order mistakes at this branch. But then I always check my takeout order before leaving the store. The dining room is relatively spacious. Theres always a few laptop campers, although the King street location is larger and far more popular. The latest addition are 2 short term parking spaces in front for online Rapid Pick-Up customers. Parking lot E at City Center (Target/Best Buy) has become a very popular dining spot (Panera, Chipotle, and Subway) for nearby residents and drivers (I often see a few commercial vehicles, and some Uber or Lyft cars parked). A posted sign indicates that Starbucks plans to open next to Subway. I think that for some people this lot (open until 10pm) might work as a replacement to Lucky Penny (which closed Xmas 2015).

I like Panera quite a bit, generally. This trip had some super minor complaints, but there were sort of a lot of them. My on-the-side dressing was not even halfway full. It really wasnt enough for my salad and I had to go ask for more. The tomato in my salad had no flavor which since it is tomato season seemed a shame. Seems they could get them local and fresh and have some with amazing flavor. My kids sandwich did not have things evenly distributed at all, so they had to rearrange everything to split it fairly. My sandwich was over toasted and yet the cheese still wasnt melted. I dont have a baby anymore but while waiting for my daughter in the bathroom I noticed something brown and dried on the strap of the changing table. I can only imagine it was poop. I hope they find a good way to clean that up. The best part of the meal was the mac and cheese. It was really good!

This Panera Bread is a great place to eat, hang out, have business meetings and/or get some work done. Love the improvements made to the menu and multiple new ways to order - phone, kiosk and most convenient of all, ordering from the table. Panera is leading the way in digitizing the whole experience and making to easier to order from multiple channels. This specific location gets quite crowded around lunch time - of course, for obvious reasons. Love the food - staff are friendly and courteous !

Unfortunately you have to be extra vigilant with any orders made. On several occasions now the food order has not been complete. Ordering a kids meal and only getting the mac and cheese (no yogurt, no drink). Missing baguettes and apples as well. French onion soup with no cheese. Only going back to this location in a pinch.

He didnt bring my damn food so I had to watch my best friend eat by himself so then I hid the table marker and used my free water to get lemonade because I was fuming. And my food was just sitting there the whole time getting cold and honestly so many gross employees probably touched it and breathed on it. 2/10.

We choose Bliss Cafe because of its positive reviews on TripAdvisor and were not disappointed. We got two places outside in the shade and ordered inside. The hosts were friendly and flexibel. It took approximately 15 minutes til we got the food but it was fresh and definitely worth waiting.

The food was as good as it always is a Panera which is relatively great for the price. The cashier however had very bad customer service skills and questioned my named when I told her. Overall they had good food, but I was more than insulted by the cashier.

Terrible Dont go here on Sunday if you want service or bagels. Manager has no clue on how to run this very busy place. They ran out of bagels but kept taking orders then had to refund everyones $$ Never again

Really good food. The lines to order can be long at certain times. If they mess up your order they always fix it for free and give you a free pastry for compensation. Its what you expect from panera.
