No entiendo como pueden tener un servicio tan desagradable; pedí una orden y me la mandaron equivocada hable para poder arreglar el error que cometieron me dijeron que no podían y que el manager no estaba que mejor ya no ordenará comida . Entonces para que rayos tienen ese servicio si ellos mismos dicen que no ordenen !!!!! Un servicio muy desagradable ................... .I do not understand how they can have an unpleasant service; I asked for an order and sent me the wrong talk to fix the mistake they made me said they could not and that the manager was not better not order food. Then to have that service rays if they say not to order !!!!! A very unfriendly service

very poor customer service,I was trying to make an order for delivery and he shot me down. He just told me to hurry up because his time is limited for the call. When I got my order he forgot to put the right sauces in my plates, and I also find a bug in my order. I will definitely not order from them anymore. Muy mal servicio la persona que tomo mi orden ni siquiera me deja terminar de ordenar me corto volví a llamar y me dijo que mi tiempo estaba limitado que me apure y que más quería y cuando recibí mi orden estaba incomplet y para colmo encontré insecto en mí comida ni más regreso a este sitio no lo recomiendo.

Ordene pollo y después de 38 mts llego a la mesa pensando tal vez k lo estaban cocinando .Pero cuando llegó el pollo algunas partes estaba frisado y las papas algunas calentadas y otras recién cocinadas ,cuando le dije a la persona encargada me dijo k era imposible k ellos lo tienen en un recipiente adelante fresco ?????pero lamentablemente yo ni mis hijos comimos k lastima k pierdan más costumers ahora k lo leo hay más survey similares.

Ordene carne asada con arroz y ensalada ... Delivery sin ensalada.. y la comida estaba fría y sin sabor... llamé y lo único que me dijeron fue . Le debo la ensalada... por la cual pague.... El mercadito Hispano hacen mucho más rica comida que este lugar...

Food is good, but customer service is crap. Plus, the guy is shady, he charges more if you pay with a credit card. If you pay cash, he doesnt give receipts. Why would that be.

The service here is hit or miss. The chicken and Hispanic dishes are great and so are the pizza and calzones. The subs and sandwiches are not as good.
