I ordered pizza today at literally 12:25 am. Guess what never showed up after repeated calls to the resturant? My pizza. I have paid nearly 30$ for a pizza that has not showed up at my home. I intentionally left my phone number with Express pizza, which they had in fact checked after repeated called about the status of my order. Oh look LITERALLY as Im writing this review I receieve a call. THREE HOURS LATER. This service is not okay. I expect some kind of reply from management and will be calling the resturant the second they open in the morning. I should not have to wait over three hours for a pizza.

The pizza was okay, certainly not $26.00 good, but what amazed me was the attitude the young lady had. Entering the establishment, there was no hello, how are you, not anything, and it wasnt like the place was crowded. Arriving @ the counter, "carry out or eat in" was the question, followed by the price, after I told her what I was there for. After that, silence, no "thank you" "have a nice evening" nothing. Thats my first and last visit, I will not go spend that kind of money where it is not appreciated.

I feel like extreme pizza has gone down hill in the last few years. They used to be generous and awesome with the toppings, and I always felt like I got good value for the money. Now I can really tell that "corporate" is mandating things to cut costs... so the pizza quality is suffering. Thinner crust, less toppings, less cheese (probably measured out in a corporate-approved measuring cup), etc. Its like a more expensive version of Pizza Hut now :-/

I ordered from Extreme Pizza recently and had a pretty bad experience. I ordered and started waiting. After an hour and forty five minutes I called them to ask if there was an issue with the order. I was told it was on the way and should be there soon. Twenty minutes later I get an email saying that my order has been canceled. No food, dishonest customer service. Ive ordered before and enjoyed it but its pretty hit or miss.

Ordered delivery, a 18" yard sale pizza which came with a free medium cheese pizza, $25. Ordered a sub, $8. The pizza was not all that, Mediocre. I like dominos pizza better for $8. The sub was better than the pizza, but pretty small. Shouldve went to mr. submarine for the same price, but twice as big, comes with fries and tastes better. Well it was my first time ordering from here and I dont plan on ordering here again.

I walked into this place for a slice on a whim. I was sorely disappointed. The staff was perfectly nice, but the pizza I had was dry. The sauce on top was almost as if it had been dried off. Leaving just a red paste on top of the cracker consistency crust. The cheese also seemed to be lacking in any kind of stretch. I cannot recommend this place to anyone wanting pizza.

The crust is premade, the sauce is overly sweet and the cheese doesnt feel or taste even remotely like cheese. Maybe I made a mistake going for plain to start out but my friends didnt fare much better. With so many amazing places to eat on broad street, I dont understand how they of all locations got so high a score. Guess that 2am pie for the stoners is a big hit.

I have tried several pizza places since moving to Richmond. To say the least...THIS PIZZA IS BY FAR THE BEST IN RICHMOND!!! Yeh, finally a great place to order pizza from. I am so happy about this. I ordered delivery and the pizza was not all mushy when it arrived but tasted fresh from the oven. Woo-hoo! Thanks Extreme Pizza. A now loyal customer, ~Amber

I used to eat here randomly throughout college, thought Id give late night a try, estimated delivery time was 30 to 50 min... called 90 min later and while they tried to be accommodating the food was rush delivered about 10 min later and luke warm. Also wings are chicken nuggets with little to no seasoning.

I have made several (6 to 10) orders in last 2 months. Half were wrong or not edible. Store even billed me to much on my card once for a order that was completely wrong. Save your money and stick with the big 3 pizza places. This place has a way to go before being Richmonds friend.

Extreme Pizza is semi overrated by the college students. Their pizza takes a short time to make and the open kitchen helps you see the progress. Their dairy free cheese is a nice change for lactose intolerant people. Ive seen many of the VCU basketball players eating there.

I love Extreme Pizza! The food is very good and Ive never had bad service there. All of their specialty pizza truly are special, different, and super yummy. If youve never been here, I def recommend you try it.... and def try the Extremely Twisted Sticks too!

Great place! I ordered the vegging out pizza here and didnt notice it came with pesto sauce. Unfortuately I had an allergic reaction and they allowed me to get a new pizza without the sauce free of charge. Very understanding people.

Best pizza on campus. Usually packed on basketball game night. I personally love the Everest, popped high with meat. The 8 inch is perfect for one. Expect it to be loud and busy.
