I am very dissatisfied parent with CiCi’s pizza Manger at 5010 Buckeystown Pike Frederick Maryland store number 136. My daughter works at CiCi’s pizza and always reports on time and even works beyond her appointed shift with no problems. Today my daughter was scheduled from 5-8 pm; however my daughter’s phone had been stolen and she was bullied by another student so my wife and I took her to the police station to file charges against the other individual, but not before going by CiCi’s pizza and informing her manger Donald that she would be a little late. My daughter said he was not happy but let her go. My wife and I dropped my daughter off at 6:45 pm and as soon as he knew we dropped her off he asked her to leave knowing she had no way home and no phone to call her parents who had just left the establishment. I plan to contact whomever I have to to ensure this manager is reprimanded for this irresponsible and vengeful act. Donald’s acts are not of that of a professional and should not manage any establishment.

This would have been a 4 star review. But today Sunday 5/7/17 We had a party of 10 people, including 4 children. We were looking for a nice family environment place so we drove 40min to get to Cicis. The closing time was 10pm. We got there at 8:45pm. They told us they were closing at 9pm. (Today) And instead of letting us sit down and eat, they told us if we did, we only had 15min. To eat since they were shutting everything down and removing the food at 9 oclock. Not to mention girl at cash register was kinda rude. Obviously we didnt stay. We ended up going to TGI Friday down the street who happily took our money.

This place is great. I have been a regular customer here for about 6 months now, come at least once a week, sometimes twice a week. The food is great for the price, the restaurant is always clean, and all of the employees are super friendly. The place has a great atmosphere, whether you want a fun place to take the kids or a relaxing place to come by yourself and chill and eat. Ill continue to eat there for a long time to come. You really cant beat it for the price; eating at home is no cheaper than this, especially if you have an appetite.

I come here twice a month and today I saw a worker come out of the bathroom..not wash her hands...go take food out of the oven and place it on the buffet line... Then go personally deliver a man his food to his table...she was obviously friends with the manager because when brought to her attention she did NOTHING AT ALL disgusting...and unsanitary! Enjoy your dirty bathroom hands pizza everyone..Im never bringing my kids here again!

Great place to take the kids when you need to have both the favorites for the picky eaters and the variety for the ones who want something different. I can still get my salad and pasta if I want and not have to worry about spending alot of money to feed all of them. I love the fact they are always clean and always greet us with a smile, and the kids love listening to the crew call out the different pizzas.

Visited Cicis in Frederick! MD today. There were 3 of us and we all had a coupon for $4.99. I didnt notice until we got home but after my husband gave the young man the coupons he still charged us regular price. What a rip off. The pizza bar was ok but the plastic forks and knives leave a lot to be desired. I think this will be our last trip there.

Not the best pizza in town but a great quality for the price. A great family restaurant. The staff, although young, were professional, friendly and quick. I avoid Cicis during the busy time. It can become very crowded and hard to get the pizza you want. The good thing is they will make any pizza you want for the buffet or your table.

My family and I visited Cicis this past weekend and cant say enough about our experience. The food was fresh, the choices were endless, and the service was not what you normally find at a buffet type restaurant. We couldnt recommend this place enough to anyone who wants good food and service at a price that doesnt empty your wallet.

There are 3 tables that havent been cleaned the entire time weve been here. There are only 2 employees working. The others are sitting at the table eating and talking. The floor is a mess. None of the employees are wearing gloves or hair nets. The 2 that are working are constantly goofing around. No one seems to be taking charge.

as a father of 3 it is a very fun place to take the kids, and it has a lot of different types of pizza, so there is no fighting over "I want this and I want that" food isnt greasy and has a good taste at a price any family could appreciate. Thanks for the good time CiCiS!

This is your basic Cicis. Plenty of pizza, but a little slow to clean the tables. Not a bad place to have a family pizza night. Parking can be a little tough when it is busy, but I have always found a spot.

Great for a cheap pizza buffet. Decent variety and they will make different variants when asked. Buffalo chicken pizza is great, and the macaroni and cheese pizza is really good when fresh and hot.

Definitely not the best pizza out there! More crust than pizza, good sauce though, it may be all you can eat but for the price Id rather go somewhere else even if it costs a little more.

Cheap eats - buffet style Eat as much average pizza as you want. Its takeout pizza quality, but you get a lot of choices. Salad bar is good too.

Pizza is average the stuffed crust pizza is the highlight. Good place for kids the score would be lower if it wasnt for my kids loving this place

The girl at the counter was just plain mean to my family. The lady walking around cleaning was much friendlier. Not coming back.
