Ive been ordering from here for a while. The pizza is good, but the delivery sucks. At first I wasnt having any problems. I dont know what changed but the last 6 times Ive ordered from there something has gone wrong. A couple times the order was wrong, but the main problem was they kept forgetting to bring part of my order. Last time they forgot to bring the drinks I ordered. They said theyd bring it right over (the store is about a 5 min drive from my home). After 30 min I called and they said theyd bring it right over. Another 30 min past and I call again, same response. AGAIN 30 min pasts and I call. I finally had to get rude before they brought me the rest of my order. In no circumstance should it take an hour and a half after the food is delivered to receive the rest of an order. I vowed to never eat there again after that.

Never buying from them again.I ordered a large pizza and they said it will cost $10, they ended up charging us $15+tip. Pizza came in and it was barely large enough to feed 2 people. Today I ordered a Stromboli and I was charged again $4 extra for nothing. He said it will be delivered in 30-45mins and they came an hour later. The stromboli tasted so bitter and the edges were empty (nothing inside), the chicken had no taste or spice and the stromboli was too greasy and almost soggy. When the delivery man came I paid him $2 tip and he gave me the dirtiest look ever.

OK pizza the service just wasnt all there. I called in an order for a simple large pepperoni pizza and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes, but when I arrived 20 minutes later I was told it would be ready in 10-15 minutes. What made it worse was that they ended up making another persons, who was ordering as I arrived, pizza before mine. They even walked his out of the shop to him, but wouldnt even come from around the counter to give me mine. Probably will not ever return here, just to be ignored.

I dont think the food could have been made any worse. I ordered delivery and paid $25 for a $10 dollar meal. Microwave oven meals are made better. It barely resembled food. I can only imagine that the people there couldnt care any less about their food or customer. My chicken was swimming in a centimeter of garlic oil and my noodles were drowned under a watery Alfredo sauce. That meal was an insult. For $6, I could have had a better meal from a fast food restaurant. Gross.

I went to Fairfax to suprise my dad for the weekend for his birthday my mom said his favorite place to eat was Vocelli Pizza and she would bring my dad for a suprise. I was apprehensive of it just being another pizza joint but when I got there seeing how friendly everybody was my opinion changed. After we ordered our meals our food came out quite fast considering how busy it was and the food was wonderful. All and all it was a great experience wish there was one back home.

Best Pizza in Fairfax/Fair Lakes, Virgina We have been ordering takeout and delivery from Vocelli Pizza Fairfax for years.My wife loves Chicken Pesto Sandwich and Mediterranean salad.I always get buffloa chicken pizza. You can order food online.They usually have pizza deals/Coupons online. Best local pizza delivery/Italian Food in Fairfax VA. Way better than your average pizza parlor. This is our go-to place for delivery pizza.

Food is delicious tried the veggie pizza all the vegetables are fresh. Dominos ingriedents are cut and bagged for a week before being used. Voccelis cuts fresh veggies daily. Sauce is from hienz not your average pizza sauce. Mottezzerla is 100 percent not 50/50 like dominos Pizza Hut. Quality is there service is there as well!!

Worst restaurant Ive ever had to deal with. The food was horrible, and service was even worse. I ordered a steak sandwich and all I got was 3 pounds of bread and half an ounce of steak. Do yourself a favor and eat leftovers from a month ago. Itll taste better and you wont have to deal with crappy service.

I usually like to order food from local restaurants. Vocelli Pizza is my favorite local pizza joint.I love their garlic romano wings and thin crust meat magnifico pizza. they carry variety of specialty pizzas.I usually order food online. In my opinion best Pizzeria in Fairfax,Virgina and they deliver.

As far as chain pizzerias go, Vocellis is head and shoulders above the rest (i.e. HUGE chains Pizza Hut, Papa Johns and Dominos.) Their pizza is delicious! If youre looking for a good deal, you can join their mobile club to get a large pizza and cheesesticks for $10.

Its a nice place but they should improve customer service as it sucks, the prices do not go according to the food portions. The quality of the pizzas is mediocre, very insipid at the time of disgusting. Maybe another option would have been better.

So I was looking for a quick lunch , but I didnt want to go to mcdonalds(it just sucks so bad) I then saw this vocelli place and order the lunch special stomboli....let me tell you I was very pleased ,, a very good deal at a affordable price...

Really really poor customer service. I have ordered from this place twice since I moved here. Both times the delivery people have been very rude. Its a shame they have lost my business because their pizza is better than other pizza chains.

Is bad service the manger say he will delivery to my house then he call me back he say I am 6.3 mil and it was lie the distance is only 5 mile from the store I am shocked that the drive tell the manager where he cant go

I might have tried a thousand pizzas all over as I travel a lot, I tried Vocelli when I was in virginia. Honestly, vocelli is for people who appreciate quality food.
