I cant believe I am telling you about my favorite Panera. Here it is. My hidden gem. Its mostly my hidden gem because this Panera is one hard Panera to find. It is on the corner BEHIND the toy store. If you miss the turn, you will have to pull a U-turn. I love this Panera because they have great customer service and from where I am sitting now- I can see sooo many outlets. This place is great for outlets and they dont have the odd "11-2" 30 minute cut-off time for their wi-fi. It is truly free wi-fi and I love it! I want to marry its free Wi-fi! (too much? okay. fine) The staff is legit (especially David. Dude just doesnt quit!). They bring your food to you and really try to keep the whole pick-up-your-food-place people free. They have a great staff and many of them have been working here for awhile and can call you by name. So there it is. My favorite Panera can now be your favorite Panera. Also, here is a picture of my favorite scone. I used to judge scones before I tried this one. Order it. You wont be disappointed (just dont look at the calorie count of this bad boy scone)

LOVE this place. One of my favorite restaurants in SF. Heres why: -Always great service - became friends with the manager from coming here so much. All staff has been super friendly. -Food comes out fast -A variety of very healthy options -A parking lot!!! (free and convenient parking is precious) -Right next to Target -Student friendly - free wifi always works, outlets, table space to work -Always clean inside -Only a couple years old so everything looks new and in good condition inside -Womens bathrooms have multiple stalls (no need to get a code and wait in line for a single person bathroom) -Parent friendly! - Nice baby changing table in the bathrooms and enough rooms between aisles to bring a stroller or place a car seat on top of a table while you eat

I was at the sterling location recently. Where I accidentally dropped my credit card without noticing. As I was walking out with my order an employee came rushing towards me to hand me my card. I wish I caught her name, but she spoke to me in Spanish. I was extremely grateful that she took the time out of her busy work schedule to track me down especially during their lunch rush. I hope someone in management or corporate sees this review. I am grateful for her help and will definitely be coming back to this location for this simple act!

First time I went here I asked for a Sierra Turkey. I was given half of a turkey sandwich. The lady at the register had no clue what she was doing. I believe this was shortly after it opened so I gave it a pass. The second time I went here, this past week, I ordered another Sierra Turkey. I received what I wanted this time, however, like D, Im 95% certain I also got food poisoning from this location. The sierra turkey comes on Asiago bread. Will not be returning to this location again.

Well, I think this photo can explain it all. This has been happening at this location for about a week straight now. I am not sure if they are just complacent or, they just do not care at all. I would say something to management but from my experience in the past with managers at Panera Bread they were not much help. I will continue to order from here but, I will kindly upload these photos every time there is a situation like this. If there was an option to not give a star at all. I would.

I ordered the Pesto Sacchettini and half the pasta was not cooked. It was so hard that I could not even stab my fork through it. It is disapointing that they would actually serve this quality of food to a paying customer. I also ordered a smoked turkey sandwich and apparently they were out of the turkey. Instead of informing me, they gave me chicken instead? Definitely the worst experience I have ever had at a Panera. I would recommend going to a different location :/

Nettie & Flor made my lunch hour! They were both super friendly and accommodating during a very busy lunch rush. This Panera location has consistently exhibited a high level of customer service and quality every time Ive visited. Its easy point out less than stellar dinning experiences in online reviews so I just wanted to shout out Nettie, Flor and all the employees at the Potomac Run Panera for a job well done!

If youve been to Panera before then youll notice that this is your run-of-a-mill store, no different from the others except that they arent using of the new features that a lot of the other stores are; like fast checkout and self ordering, despite these features being in-place (visible in plain sight). Lastly, avoid this place on weekend mornings. Its a nightmare.

I went by this location for coffee around 6:30am before a very long day of work... I didnt realize they didnt open until 7am. The door was open, so I stupidly assumed they were open. The very nice woman behind the counter offered to make it for me... so wonderful! She made my day!

Love me some Panera bread. The food here is always great. This is a throwdown go to for meals when all else fails or if you cant decide where else to go. If youve never been to this chain youve been doing yourself a disservice. Try it out, you will not regret it.

Im so glad a Panera is now in Sterling!!! This place is very clean and cozy. I cant wait until its warm enough to enjoy the outside patio that even has a fireplace. The staff is very helpful and the food is good as always. I will definitely be here a lot!

There were 2 bugs near my chair and brown stains on the lamp above me. There was mold on my seat. Panara bread should make their locations cleaner. I will not be back here.

The screens on the checkout kiosks are dirty, at least the times I visited. Always seemed to take a while to get my food prepared. Good coffee though.
