What happened to this place? We eat here all the time and the service has gone way down hill. This last time our food came out cold. A party was seated 20 minuets after our and had finished before we even got our food. Then when we asked about our food and talked to the manager (Walter donahough) he took our plates and said have a good night. Wow. Im in service and never would I treat any paying customer that way. Fridays was my go to in mechanicsville but if this is there new standard then I feel Im going to have to start looking at my options.

Went yesterday, around 4pm. The waitress was average.. and they didnt have the prime rib that I went there for. Although disappointed, I wish that I could say that was the end of my troubles. The problem was the booth that I sat at smelled horrible! It was a cross between bad BO and mildew! Ugh! It was so unbearably bad that I asked to be moved. Im not sure if a previous guest just had a bad case of BO and it stuck to those ripped up seat cushions...or if that place just needs a good cleaning. Either way...Im not going back!

Nancy was rude as hell! Never been so disrespected in my life. She went to her manager as soon as we got there and was complaining because we looked young and wouldnt get a good tip. The appetizer potatoes skins are normally delicious this time they were absolutely horrible. Once I told her about this she threw a fit and waited 45 mins for our food that came out cold and hard like it was sitting in the back for awhile. Nancy threw a fit and we got a new server Brenda she was super sweet. Nancy your a horrible server!

This place is complete garbage. The servers are stretched way to thin and food times reached out er 20 minutes just for apps. The management is oblivious to the flow from kitchen to the table and not one thing was entered into the POS system correctly and nothing was served correctly the first time. We also had 6 different people brought food to our table and when asked a question no one followed up and we were forgot about. Managements fault for not having better organization.

I wont even get this place a single star. They hosted my sons 15th birthday party and it was a disaster. You had 33 people with one waitress period She got no help from any other staff or the management even after we was complaining that we needed drinks and we couldnt get drinks and we was had endless apps and most of us didnt even get the rest of our apps. I would never have a event or waste my time and money going to TGI Fridays again.

The bruschetta pasta they had back when they opened was actually pretty good. Yesterday, I got room temperature chicken on top of a pile of fettuccine coated in tomato sauce. It tasted like someone poured a jar of ragu over some pasta and called it a meal. The waitress smelled like she was on a permanent smoke break. Possibly my worst restaurant experience. The cooks cant possibly think theyre making anything worth eating.

Stink, stank, stunk! Service was bad from the hostess all the way through. Slow... wrong orders...missing important things like salad dressing and by the time you get it everybody else is done eating. Steak was burnt. Oh, the mac and cheese and spinach was good. Will not be returning. The only reason I gave them one star is because I had to in order to voice my opinion.

The waitress was incompetent slow and forgetful. Our food was slow and some food was never received. Drinks were iced down and tried to deceive with glass size. Potatoes skins and chicken overcooked. OBTW did I mention my sizzler did not sizzle, receipt was wrong,. Manager was nice

The food was very bland and some parts of the food were overcooked. The place wasnt really busy and it didnt seem like they tried to cook my food properly. I feel like they just gave me whatever. Also this isnt the first time I experienced this at this restaurant.

Took ten minutes for our drink order and another 7 before we got them. After numerous visits we found one thing consistent,. Bad service! The prices are high for what you get, also. If you eat outside, be prepared to watch the employees smoke on their breaks.

Food was presented beautifully, atmosphere was great. Waitress served us professionally as well. Only wish was that they had given us more napkins and seated us at a table (just a personal preference, no biggy!) instead of a booth but the food is tasty!

Horrible service, called ahead seating 2 hours in advance.. still waited 15 minutes for a table then 20 minutes after that got our menus. We had a large group but we warned them and I was extremely patient at first...then it was just ridiculous

Really had a blast with my twin boys they made me feel at home. My children ate artistic and they did not care that they were loudly playing and made me feel super comfortable thank you this is the best experience I have had out in a while

Small portions and poor presentation. The nachos were barely warm and had tiny solo plastic containers with hard chunks of avocado in the guacamole and canned salsa. The Legend Brown Ale on tap wasnt even cold. We wont be back.

Manager staff does not know the difference from a good employee from a bad one. The Manager let one of the best bartender go. Her name is Jessica. She always put a smile on my face. Made great drinks. Im not going back there.

Staff is very friendly. I have a cheese allergy and the cooks were not only respectful of that, but altered the dish to try and enhance the meal to accommodate the allergy. Good was delicious, speed of service was very fast

Website said they closed at 2am. The employee who answered the phone was very rude and said they closed at 11pm. Refused to take a to-go order. Dont waste your time on this place!!!

Love this place! This is our monthly date night hang out and we sit in the bar area and get spoiled by the staff. Great service - Great food. Its just what they do!
