Place is OK. Staff are nice, but they always seem to be understaffed. Ive been here in about 4 different occasions, and every single time someone in my party has their order wrong. Last time my burger was basically cold by the time it made it to the table, while the fries were fresh out of the frier. They then took it all back, and took another 30 minutes to bring me my burger, at which time I was well done eating my friends fries, since they took mine away. They then brought me a burger without fries, because they thought I had kept mine. Very disorganize and confused staff. To give them one positive point, beer prices are reasonable, I guess. And the wait staff seemed genuinely sorry for the mistakes, which seemed to point to the kitchen. This last experience, my friends wings were wrong. She asked for BBQ, and got HOT. They took them back, and within 1 minutes brought back a plate of BBQ, which still tasted kinda hot (weird right?). So we figure they probably washed the wings and covered them in BBQ sauce. Then there was a hair in them, so they took back the ONE WING that had the hair, replaced ONE WING, and said there was going to be no charge for the wings, period. When the bill arrived, she was charged for the wings, and the server seemed confused and had to be reminded of the whole ordeal. We had a table of about 10 that night. Very hit or miss.

I have been to this place dozens of times because it is near my home. Friendly staff, average prices, menu selection looks good. Sports event days, Friday/Sat evening the place can be crowded, otherwise just fair paced, but usually has a few open tables any other night of the week. Has an OK selection of beer on tap. The dishes that I think are pretty good are: Cobb Salad Buffalo Chicken Salad Other food is sub-par, for example fried food is not crispy and overly oily. The onion "strings" and fries that come with the fish and chips are usually mushy and almost greasy. The fried fish has too much bread. The wings are usually dry and a little chewy, and the skin on them is leathery. The pizza is somewhat similar to what I might make in my toaster oven from a frozen box. If they had a cook in the kitchen that really took pride in the dishes, I would give them 4 stars and go there much more frequently. I have had better experience with the food at the Glory Days near Fox Mill Road, or the one out on Route 50.

The customer service there is aweful. I went outside to have a smoke and 4 of their customers followed complaining while the manager stood outside and listened and avoiding eye contact. It was god aweful hot in there yesterday. Ok, its 90 degrees you can turn the AC on already sheesh. The bar tender didnt ask if I was staying or togo. Didnt give my and another guy napkins with our food. As hot as it was in there yesterday and he wasnt sweating. You probably are not working hard enough. A customer asked the bar tender "whats up with the AC" he just shrugged his shoulders and said UHUH". We just looked at each other amazed. The wings are good but it takes him forever to ask if I want a drink everytime. The bar tender doesnt say hi or thank you nor your welcome. If there wings werent delicious I probably wouldnt go there at all. Which Im still debating if its even worth returning for. Horrible customer service.

Servers are always great and attentive. Very good gluten free options available, and chefs and servers are well trained in this. Add in reasonable prices, and we have a great family restaurant! Also a full bar for "Date night" :) Outside seating is really nice as well. Con - if you go Fri or Sat evenings, it can get very loud.

Great value . We went there last night and I had the shrimp basket. Came out piping hot and it was really good. The chicken parm and chicken fried chicken are tasty. My wife and daughter really like the turkey slider sandwich. They have the best coleslaw too . So much better experience than Velocity 5 and cheaper too

Monday has $5.99 burger selection. My friend liked the burgers. I loved the banana bread pudding dessert. I also love the wings. I will say that the happy hour is not the best to me. No food specials. But after 9pm, appetizers are cheaper.

4 stars for the great wings and apps, plus quick take out. 2 stars for bartenders and wait staff that seems to forget theyre at work. Good game-day spot if youre local as you can generally get a seat.
