Deserves 0 stars. I use to take out every once in a while as it is the ONLY option for Chinese in bowling green. last time they burned my chicken wings so I went back to politely ask if they could remake my order. I was not upset, I just wanted my food to not be burnt since I paid for it and I was a returning local customer. But the oriental man at the counter who looked to be between 40 and 50 started accusing me of having taken a bite of the food. I explained that was how I came to realize how burnt it was. He started yelling at me and telling me that he wasnt going to do anything about it and knocked my order back across the counter. Then I was very upset. I had to restrain myself from jumping across the counter. I called an officer over to let him know just in case it happened to someone else. I have never gone back. Never will.

Me and my family ordered two general tos chickens and one chicken and garlic sauce. The general tos chicken was the worst we have ever had in my life! I ate two bites of my food and I said it was terrible. My father told the owner and she said "Thats not my problem!! You will have to pay anyway!" My dad said "my daughter didnt eat her food. Im not going to pay for something that we didnt eat" then she started screaming at us. If I could give 0 stars I would. She was threatening to call the Law Enforcements on us. Her worker lied and said that I ate half of my food so she charged my dad for that. She threw the money at my dad and started cussing us in Chinese

I ordered $73 worth of food. They forgot to pack a whole combo rice and when I called to tell them they forgot it the lady was hands down the rudest person Ive ever dealt with. I asked her if she treated all her customers like that and she said, "yes, I dont care." The food sucked, our coca colas were hot, and there was a bug in our bag. Customer service was the worst. If they wanna stay in business they should learn how to treat people. I wouldve rather have eaten an MRE than her food.

Iv been eating here sense I was in dippers. 20yrs..This is my hometown and I have taste very few Chinese restaurant as good as this one. Food is always fresh and tasty. They are not cheap on there food. They give you good amount of sauce for the serving. Ask for hot oil sauce! So good with the combination friend rice! Its free and separate so yeah.

Great food. I did do the food as a takeout so I didnt get the atmosphere of the restaurant. But the food was really good. The rice they use is also versions good and not mushy. And for Chinese food it tasted fresh and also hot. So its my first but I do recommend this place.

This is the only game in town for Chinese food, but the staff is unfailingly friendly. The food is sometimes hit or miss, but the teriyaki chicken and chicken lo mein is always a hit at our house. Fairly good overall, with a slight bump up for the friendly people.
