Very bad customer service. I order a chicken chow mein because at other Asian restaurants it had NOODLES in it. However, at this restaurant they serve it with jasmine rice, chicken, and cabbage. I was being polite to the worker when I explained to him if I was allowed to exchange it for a chicken lo mein because I did not mind paying for it all over again since I love their lo mein. The worker then gave the phone to the manager and she decided to go ballistic on me and acted like I was dumb. She even added that if I return it I would not get anything back. Once again, I was being polite the whole time and did not say anything mean. At the end I said "Okay have a nice day" and she decided to hang up on me. If a customer makes a mistake it is not their right to go off and act like nobody makes mistakes. Everybody makes mistakes at a restaurant while ordering. In addition, the restaurant is very nasty and has old food sitting out. If you want to eat sanitary food and have good customer service, do not come here. Oh and dont forget, this is a something you can get at the mall. Might as well look up a recipe on Pinterest because that will taste better than their food. Or go to Costco and you can definitely find most of their chicken and vegetables. They might act friendly while responding to your reviews on you, but are exceptionally rude when things are not their way. Isnt the customer more important? guess not.

A very nice surprise. My husband and I have been searching for a good Chinese takeout place in the area for quite some time. We took a chance on Panda king and were very pleasantly surprised. The crab ragoons (my personal favorite) were delicious, and as a few others have noted, the fried dumplings were great. Everything was very good and the food was not saturated in grease, as with some places we have tried in the past. We will certainly be going back.

Two stars for friendliness and prompt service. The food was horrible. Sweet and sour chicken was obviously either frozen for too long or cooked in bad oil. It was inedible. And there was not a pineapple in sight. Fried dumplings were just ok, but the wonton soup was not worth eating. Crunchies were greasy and stale. To top it off, the fortune cookies were stale. Take my advice: eat somewhere else.

I usually call and get my order to go because Panda King does not have the best ambiance, but (with one or two exceptions) the waitstaff has been really nice and gotten my food ready quickly. Ive only had to wait a few minutes at the most (if Ive called ahead). The food is great for the price and I think this place is the best Chinese in Wake Forest.

Always friendly and always get my order right. The food is always hot and tastes great. Portions are a good size. I usually end up with enough for lunch the next day too. I go out of my way to have panda king at lunch time. There are 2 Chinese restaurants by where I work and if rather drive 5 miles to get food I know is good.

There are several Chinese take out options around Heritage Wake Forest and I plan to try them all. Panda Kings sesame chicken was goopy and very unappealing. The best thing that I can say about the fried rice is odd. We tried 4 different dishes, bottom line the average mall Chinese place maybe better. We threw a lot away.

4.5 years living around the corner and Ive never had a bad meal from these guys. They keep it simple (I wish they had Chow Fun) but it is clean, friendly, and tasty. Fried Dumplings are outstanding. Sometimes well just get a couple of orders of those with white rice, drizzle the sauce over everything and enjoy!

Had a almond chicken and had to hunt for the chicken (very stingy portion). Also the sauce was bland and off tasting. MY DH got a different chicken dish and said it was ok but just ok. Fast service, can call in for order. Based on experiences at other Chinese places, we are trying other options.

We have made multiple visits and the food has been very good, hot, and fresh every time. If there something wrong with the food the owners will remake your order. We will keep returning. This is one of the better Chinese restaurants that we have found since moving from the DC area.

SLOW! Terrible service. Several other customers asked for their money back and left after an hour, although you are told 20 minutes. We waited it out (almost 90 minutes for sesame chicken?) and the food was okay, but not worth the wait. Wont go back.

Very good Chinese food at reasonable prices. You can watch them prepare everything, so you know its fresh! Our typical order includes Sweet & Sour Chicken, Mongolian Beef, Pork Fried Rice and Fried Dumplings.

I absolutely Love Panda King, and have eaten there for years ^^. My personal favorite is their Sesame Chicken. The egg rolls and rice are great, and from what Ive tried and heard about most of their food is.
