This is the Taco Bell that will finally convince you never to eat at Taco Bell again. We stopped here while traveling from DC to Lynchburg, having had a craving for a Crunchwrap Supreme the night before. "Ooh, theres a play area!" we exclaimed as we pulled up, only to discover moments later that its plastic surfaces were dingy with what must have been 5+ years of accumulated filth, sprinkled liberally with pet hair. As for the actual food, it was no worse than youd expect from Taco Bell... i.e. predictably unpleasant and a little cold. But the food isnt the issue here... Literally every surface in this restaurant... seats, tables, floors, trays, childrens toys... seems likely to carry MRSA. For your health, avoid this. But if you want to give up Taco Bell for good, your visit to this location will be the catalyst.

Friendly service - but cold food. Waited forever behind 1 vehicle who got a single combo from KFC. I even asked to make sure they put the sauces I wanted in the bag before driving away - I was assured those were in there. They werent. Part of my meal was missing. Basically this visit was a complete waste of time. Go to Food Lion and buy the stuff to make your own - at least you know it will be hot, what you wanted, and safe to eat! Wont be going back.

Takes a long time to get your food, drive thru or dine in. The place is clean but has this aura like its not, feels yucky. Few and far between you come across a employee who is in a good mood or somewhat friendly. If they forgot something in your order, which they usually do, they will act like its your fault. This place is the worst fast food restaurant in Ruckersville.

They have a new online order which they dont even see the orders until you walk in. So order ahead of time and you still have to come in and wait for the food for another 30 minutes after ordering 15 minutes early. No wonder the drive thru is backed up and group of people standing around waiting for their orders. Absolutely no urgency on their customers.

Piss poor everything food management employees you name it I think the health department needs to go in and shut this place down catch them when they are not prepared there are roaches in the bathrooms which means if they are there they are in the back around the food I would hate to go there in the middle of the night and turn on the lights

Worst taco bell ever.. I live in Ruckersville so Ive tried it multiple times... At least they are consistent... Consistently bad... Lol... Service is way slow! Waited 15 minutes for three tacos... Wich were pretty good if you like lettuce tacos with a tiny bit off beef... Place has been bad for years!

Absolutely terrible experience both times Ive been to this Taco Bell. Rude staff, order was incorrect both times despite being on-menu, no substitution orders. Take your time and money elsewhere.

Your Taco Bell Sucks ass! 15 minutes for two tacos that werent put on the original order and then they were crunchy instead of soft. Incompetent bunch of folks here. Dont waste your time.

They cashier in drive thru was as sweet as could be. The manager was amazing. The food was very hot and tasted fresh. They have definitely cleaned up their act#
