Some of the best food in Martinsburg is indeed from fast food and Chick Fil-A is hands down the best fast food. Best service; very courteous, well-mannered and well-spoken young employees. Best food; they may not serve hamburgers but I am always satisfied by the food, it is damn good, and the milkshakes are an amazing value, they are by far the best milkshakes you can get from fast food and they rival and sometimes beat the pricier shakes of many sit-down restaurants Ive been to. Chick Fil-A even has a decent sit-down atmosphere, better than some of the other establishments in the area like Ruby Tuesday. I get annoyed and simultaneously amused that they close on Sunday, but if they can afford it, all the power to them.

Chick fil a is my go to fast food. My order has never been wrong once. If i ask an employee for something before i finish my sentence a second one pops up with what i needed. Like little ninjas. Im aways in and out within 5 minutes or less. My foods always hot and as I requested. Their drive thru is excellent. Ive never sat in line waiting. Foods always right and have never had to circle back around. If i ask for multiple condiments i get every single one i asked for in multiples. This place is amazing. The staff is great and so on point. Love it.

This place hands down has the best service along with the best employees around. The staff is super friendly and the food is always delivered promptly whether you are going through the drive through or dining in. I especially appreciate how they incorporate Christian principles in their business by being closed on Sundays, playing Christian music in the main area, and the material they give out with the kids meals. I go here at least 2 times a week for lunch and I never get tired of eating here. Best chicken around!

The food was mediocre at best, it seemed like an over priced mcdonalds , except mcdonalds grilled chicken sandwiches taste better. I was suprised as its spoken highly about. The parking was terrible and a lady who couldnt park properly had a fit of roadrage and just missed running over my wife and 5 yr old son. I got her plate number but couldnt help noticing the bumber sticker that said " Im a real Christian". Seriously dissapointed.

Stopped for dinner on a roadtrip. The grass in the roses in the back of the parking lot was a great place to let our dogs walk around, and the food was warm and delicious. My husband said he didnt like the urinal style at all, but the womens bathroom was clean and well supplied. It was busy, but we were in and out quick, and they got our order perfect.

This is an example of a well run Chick-fil-A. Smiling staff and super fast ordering. Food came out hot a day fast and with a smile. I went back for drink refill and the worker remembered my name and drink choice. The place was packed and the drive through was full of cars, but no chaos. This is a well run restaurant with great staff. Bravo.

I had The Smokehouse BBQ Bacon sandwich which came with grilled chicken and it was delicious one of the best sandwiches I have had in awhile. It is too bad it is only here for a limited time during the summer I could eat this sandwich year round. I dined in, nice clean restaurant, fast friendly service everything was great here.

Chick-fil-a is known for being clean, hospitable, and delicious, but the Martinsburg Chick-fil-a puts even other stores of its own franchise to shame. Delicious food, great atmosphere, and incredibly impressive employees!

Great food like youd expect from this restaurant chain. Pretty quick and very polite. My only qualm is that the location can be very difficult to get in and out of depending on which direction youre traveling.

BEST Chicken Sandwiches Anywhere! Place is always packed and even with a line around the building I never spend more than 10 mins in the drive thru. Amazing customer service. Always a pleasure eating here.

I am dieting so I order an egg white grill with no bread and double egg. Jake got my order exactly right and it was made fresh. It tasted great. Once again chik fila hits a home run.

Clean place, friendly staff and speedy service. My kids love their chicken & fries. We dont have one near where we live so I try to stop at Chick Fil A when visiting family.
