First off, I love Chinese food, so Ive been to countless Chinese restaurants all over the place, but The Hong Kong is absolutely the worst Chinese restaurant probably in all of Virginia. The take forever to come refill your drink, which a few people on here have already mentioned, and the food is was OLD AS HELL, so I waited awhile to see if they would bring out some fresher foods, but nothing, it was only 5 eggrolls in the pan, so I took one, and they brought 1 out, smh, like they really just replaced 1 eggroll, after tasting the Ancient Eggroll, I requested a refund which I got, but they really need to get it together, or do us a favor and just shut the hell down. Will I be going back?.........Most Definitely, with my good friends from the Health Dept.

We live within a mile and half of this restaurant. We have been a few times. Thinking maybe we went wrong time of day. Maybe the cook was having a bad day,etc.. No, this place is all out terrible. Everything is always burnt and/or dried out. Buffett has very limited options. Today when we went. I was in the restroom vomiting within 15 minutes upon arriving. Best thing on the menu was the watermelon. Sorry to say. We will not be returning. (Not sure if the teriyaki chicken is actually even chicken.)

Why do this to yourself? Why did I do this to myself. Absolutely gross. A lot of the food available in the buffet looked and tasted as if it has been reheated/refried more then one time (I would hate to know the truth). The only safe thing they serve is the water and that may be questionable. You have been warned.

The food here is reheated and is sitting out all day. Flies fly around the food and it is just down right disgusting. If you want a quality asian food buffet then I recommend going to Charlottesville. Whenever I eat here I get sick. This place has been shut down by the health department more than once.

I regularly order from here on my way home. Food is ready quickly, tastes good, and prices are competitive. The people at the counter are always kind and respectful. Never have eaten at the buffet, but the take out always gets the job done. Better than some chinese places Ive been to before.

I have been to this restaurant frequently and it is very good chinese food, which is hard to find. I have ordered pretty much everything on the menu and have no complaints as far as quality of food. They are a little higher on price than a lot of places.

It was either too burnt, sweet, or dry. The only good thing was that they had the fortune cookies as part of the buffet. The food was very, very old and the ice cream had FLIES in it.

Sucks! Food on buffet was limited and looked like it had been sitting a while, everything was bland. The waitress never came back to refill drinks. Dont waste your time.

The buffet tends not have fresh dish, but the staff is nice. I would question why they have the buckets of ice cream where all the other buffets had to get rid of them.

I found a cockroach in my food showed the owner he wanted to give a 10% discount. They regularly have problems with th health department.
