Food was good but the owner Randall Hamman does not know how to do business. His waitress made a mistake on the bill and instead of contacting us (the bill had our email address to sign up for the rewards program) he decided it was ok to withdraw the amount he wanted!! My wife then went to talk to him about it and his response was "You can dispute it with your bank but u probably wont win!! I wont be back but if u decide to try it I would pay cash. He obviously feels your bank account is his playground!!! I would have graciously signed the new receipt, paid the bill, left an excellent review, and returned again had the owner properly dealt with the situation. Obviously $40 is more important to him than repeat buisness. If u are new to the area or just passing through do yourself a favor and drive another 1/2 mile down the road to the Strasburg Hotel. The food and the bar is FANTASTIC!! They have been in business for many years.

We visited Hangouts Grill last week, when we were passing through the area. We were welcomed, and seated by our server Amanda. New to the menu, Amanda led us through it,and we selected what she recommened. My husband and I both ordered the " Merica Burger" and we shared the appetizer combo, with fried pickles, mozzarella sticks and onion rings. Food was served hot & fast. & tasted delicious. We never saw the bottom of our drink glasses, as they were quickly refilled. EXCELLENT service, AWESOME experience. Thank you Amanda for making our 1st visit to Hangouts Grill a great one. A+++

The food is very well prepared and taste delscious. My fiancee hadnt had gravy fries in forever and he said it reminds him of his child hood eating the ones at hangouts. He also had the Amercian burger said that it was the best burger hes ever had in town. I on the other hand had a turkey bacon ranch wrap and have to say that was the best thing Ive ever had even without the wrap. We both agree the fried jalapeño pickles are the best thing in our lives! Best spicey pickle we have ever had! We definitely recommend.

Very clean with a great atmosphere.Great service, the server was very attentive. Wonderful food. Everything we ate was just perfect. The onion rings were the best I have ever had anywhere. My friend Bobby from Bobbys Used Cars in Charles Town WV is the most particular person I have ever met when it comes to food. Even he was impressed with this restaurant. He rated everything as 10 out of 10.This is the only restaurant that has ever passed the Bobby test with an A+.

Had dinner here with family who were staying at the Ramada its attached to. For a place called "Hangouts Bar and Grill" we were expecting more atmosphere however we were told there is a TV in the lounge area. Despite seeming like a cafeteria the food was off the chain. A little pricey, but worth every penny. Local catfish sandwich was best Ive ever had and well certainly be back. Just dont go expecting to watch the game.

This is a GREAT place to Hangout! I have been several times and we just actually had our Company Xmas Party there. It was awesome they gave us our own menu with our logo and everything on it. Reduced some of the beer and wine prices for our group. We had a wonderful time and the staff was very attentive. The food is awesome and the owners are adorable!! Will go back again and again...

This restaurant is part of the Ramada. When we walked in there were very few people there (around 6:45pm) and the dining area was so dim. It felt like a hallow cafeteria. We stood at the little welcome booth but no one was behind it. However, we saw a waitress taking an order. No one ever greeted us or acknowledged our existence. We left!

I stopped here with a coworker while traveling. Looking for a quick and good lunch. This place fits the bill. Wide variety on menu with decent prices. Friendly staff greeted us and waited on us. Attached to the Ramada Inn, so very unassuming. But well worth the 2 min trip off I-81.

Came here on my way back home, and I loved it!! The food was so good and our waitress, Mary, was AMAZING! The cheese fries were to die for, and the burgers were nice and juicy. Overall, everything was great, and the prices werent too bad at all!!! Thank you Hangouts!!

Have been multiple times and love the food and service everytime. The catfish is amazing and the bourbon molasses wings are to die for!!! Steaks are cut fresh and cooked to perfection. Their team is always super nice and attentive. Looking forward to many more visits.

Terrible service. The kitchen was behind regardless there was only 3 tables seated at that time. Food was made right out of the microwave. If the food was made from the grill it was overcooked, bland, grotesque. The server was sick. Shame it had 4.4 rating.

Surprising little place. Great service, and the food... wow! Just wow! My America burger was great, but one bite of my wifes steak sold me. Better steak here then most other big steak places we have been in years. We WILL be making the drive again.

Had the Chicken ,Bacon,Swiss Sandwich tonight w/ grilled veggies. Awesome!!! Ive eaten here before and the food was delicious then too! Mary waited on me tonight and was very helpful. Topped it off with a brew. Ill try the steaks next time Im in town.

My wife and I dined in here for our anniversary we ordered a ton of food/drinks, plus dessert, it was very affordable super tasty and the service was awesome. I would recommend this place to my friends. Thanks to Marry our server we will be back.
