I made a reservation for 7 Hills in the beginning of July for my Birthday Brunch. I reserved it on a Saturday (one day before my day) so that my family from out of town could attend. So the day of we get there and the place is not jumping (music) and there are not a lot of people are there. So Im wondering what is going on. No Brunch was in the spot where they have brunch. So I asked the young lady about my reservation and the brunch and she tells me they dont serve brunch on Saturdays. I am deflated! So I tell her that the website says brunch is on Saturday and Sundays. She tells me Oh, the website needs to be updated". SMH! So we are all there and we are going to try to make the best of it and sit down and order anyway. It was raining outside and we had already paid to park. So we sit down and they give us the menu and no where on there is anything resembling breakfast. Again... deflated. So we start to discuss what we want to order and nothing that we had a taste for is there. We had all been anticipating breakfast. So we decided that we will leave and go to Ihop. Its my birthday and I want breakfast! So we get up to leave and one of the young ladies was bringing us water to the table. We told her we changed out mind and we are going to Ihop. So out the door we all go into the pouring rain. Someone calls us back from the door. They tell us that the chef is willing to cook us breakfast if we would like to stay. We decided that that was so nice of her and she told us that she has some things prepped and she would be happy to cook for us. Wow! So back into the restaurant we all go ( it was about 9 of us). So the chef told us she would send out a list of things and we could chose from the list the things that we wanted. She did and we all wanted basically everything she had on there. So we were taking a count of things like waffles and french toast , when I asked the young lady if we could just have everything sent out "Family Style" and that way we could have our own brunch. She agreed and we waited for the food to be prepared. About 30-40 minutes later they brought the food out and Oh My! Everything, I mean Everything looked soo good! And we got out plates and went in. Slap everybody! Every-thing she made us was slamming! So good, my 3 sons were there and I told them, dont come over here and slap ya mamma! We laughed! So it was all worth the wait. The chef took pictures to show her son and told him they should do brunch on Saturdays. I hope that he does that. It was the best Birthday breakfast I ever had! You have to go and try this spot out. Sunday brunch is served until 6 pm I guess until they run out of food. Its a little pricey, but you will get your moneys worth if you just take your time and eat leisurely. Tell them the Birthday Girl sent you!

This place was okay. It almost got 1 star but redeemed themselves a little eventually. So the bad- we ordered 3 appetizers and they all were NOT good. Stuffed mushrooms, fried calamari, and shrimp queso dip. No flavor and the queso was not queso, but more like cheese whiz or Velveeta cheese melted in a bowl with shrimp on top. Didnt like that they opened the garage style door beside our table. If I wanted to sit outside then I would have chosen the patio area. Now Im forced to fight the flies while I eat inside. It also takes a very very long time for your food to come, appetizers and main dishes. The reasoning was because they fix everything fresh....the good- live band. I love a live band and they played decent music. Our waitress was great and attentive to our needs. The entree we had was the seafood boil(big pot of well seasoned steamed crab legs, shrimp, oysters, corn on cob, potatoes etc.) and it was SOOO GOOD. I really enjoyed my time here despite the bad and will return because the good stuff, was so good!!

We went on a Saturday night around 11p. And were seated promptly and given water by the hostess. Great! We then waited 15 minutes for our server to just come say hey. There were 7 of us and we knew multiple different drink orders on a somewhat busy night was rude so we ordered either margaritas or long islands. They came about 15 minutes later in small plastic cups and incorrectly made. Im at a brewery. Give me a glass. Not impressed. Also, the rail tequila tasted like Aristo-crap. Who still uses that?! We were in the back with the dj up front and it was WAY too loud. No one was dancing. Again, not impressed. The food was unappealing (cheese fries and pretzels). The final straw for me was when a hookah table was set up. *eye roll* I didnt feel that it was the place for it. Further unimpressed. It was our first time there and we left in less than an hour. I cant say when Ill be back.

We came here as part of my bachelorette celebrations. Asmittesly, we ordered cocktails at a brewery, however it was obvious that the bar tender had no clue how to prepare even a basic virgin strawberry mojito and was unsure how to balance flavor in the other drinks we ordered. The service was terrible. At times it seemed like our server was actively avoiding our table. Additionally, when we disliked a drink, to the point of being unable to drink it, the server told us the manager is "running a tight ship" and that we could not send it back. It sat untouched on our table the rest of the evening. The replacement drink was also so bitter that we had to send it back to have sweetener added. The live band was too loud to carry on conversation inside, but the volume level was fine on the patio. Over all, I would not recommend 7 Hills Brewing Co.

Best Experience: Cant think of one. Worst Experience: Waiter put on our bill that we had 6 people instead of 5 so that his tip would be guaranteed, knowing well his service was awful all night. Bottom Line: Ive been going to 7 Hills ever since they opened, due to its close proximity to work. Out of the gate it was a pleasant spot; decent beer, good bar food and an awesome location. However over the past year theyve struggled with maintaining an identity. Are we a brewery? A seafood restaurant? A nightclub? Trying to do all three has set standards so low its laughable. Their service is consistently horrible, their menu constantly changes and their food quality has dropped below sub-par. Until they answer the simple question of "Who are we?" I dont have faith it will get better. Silver Lining: Beer continues to improve.

My hubby and I ate brunch here on sunday for the first time with another couple to celebrate a birthday. We sat on the patio and loved the atmosphere. There is a wide selection of food on the buffet ( no menu options) including fruits, french toast, eggs, meats, grits (my fav), mac, rice, crab legs, etc. You can also add bottomless mimosas for an additional charge. The total for buffet was $32.95 pp. I thought the price was worth the experience : food, atmosphere and music. We stayed for about 3.5 hrs and enjoyed every second. The friendly and accommodating staff was a plus. Great place for groups. The reason for 4 stars is that they dont tell you the price of the buffet or that 18% gratuity is auto added to your bill. I think this info should be given up front.
