Are you kidding me? Did this really happen? If I could give no stars, I would. Never, ever, ever again. First off, they really need to have online ordering because they have such a difficult time understanding numbers and addresses over the phone. They have such a nice looking website and no online ordering, it really doesnt make sense. We ordered, they called us back like 45 minutes later to get the address again. We gave the address again. We are in a huge apartment complex but they would not take down the name of the building, only the address even after we explained through gps, it would be much easier to find with just the building name. I think close to two hours later, they showed up down the street at the pharmacy and asked us to come down three blocks to there to pickup our own food we ordered on delivery. No discount, no extra items. Extremely late and we had to walk down the street to pick up our "delivery". Was the food amazing after this ordeal? No, same as any other, nothing special. Order delivery at your own risk.

Well, tried to place a takeout order since I was in the shopping center.. both women made eye contact with me but completely ignored me... stood there for a good 5 minutes at least, thinking they may be busy taking care of customers.. I said excuse me, the younger one looked at me, rolled her eyes and went back about her business... not one said they would be with me in a minute or asked me to hold on... oh well, looks like Ill be going to Cafesano instead... its ok, their food and service is better anyway

This is the best authentic Sichuan restaurant in NoVA. I have not ordered any takeout here, I suspect many Chinese restaurant serve "American Chinese" for takeouts. Our family always go there for dinner. The chefs specials are always good bet. We like the Fish Hot Pot, Golden Port Shoulder, Braised Pork, Shredded Beef with Green Pepper and Mapo Tufu in Sichuan style. I have not experienced the bad services the other reviewers had, but services for my family are OK.

This place was my goto for Chinese food until I found a marble in my food. When I called to report the issue I was asked which dish it was in, when I replied that I wasnt sure I was told "we are only going to replace one of the dishes". It seemed like they werent even surprised or concerned about it, so we now go to Hunan East Restaurant which tastes great and is right down the street.

Weve lived in a variety of places, including Hawaii where they have fabulous Asian, and this is some of the best Asian food weve had, but the best meals are the house specialties (the standards like beef & broccoli are "OK"). The prices are good and they are very fast (carry out of delivery are quite convenient)!

I have eaten at MANY Chinese restaurants and this place is by far one of the best. They have good quality food/meats that are prepared with tasty spices and seasoning (unlike a lot of places that are just oily and bland). They serve generous portions at reasonable prices.

Worst service in Reston and surrounding area! We asked for gluten free options and were received with a terrible attitude. We had to leave and they even charged us for our sodas after only a couple of sips.

Very Authentic Sichuan Style Chinese Restaurant. We took our friends there and they enjoyed the dishes as well. Some of the dishes maybe too spicy since it is Sichuan food, just ask for less spicy.

Food is 5 starts, but service during lunch is the worst. You cant find any waiter. The two starts are deducted due to the service. Spicy Pork Brain is awesome, you cant find it at another place.

The staff is very rude here, save your money. They dont honor the prices they advertise on their own menu inside the restaurant. Also, health code violations.
