Customer service is awful. Food is mediocre at best not awful but not super fresh like at good sushi restaurants. Even the coke my friend ordered was flat. I got the lunch special and asked to substitute the miso soup for seaweed salad and the waitress said ok, when i got my bill she charged me extra for the seaweed salad. I asked why and she said because it doesnt come with the special i said okay but you didnt tell me that when i ordered, or else i wouldve gotten the miso and not paid 4.50 extra just for seaweed salad. She acted like it was my fault and kept arguing with me and even the lady behind the counter got involved trying to say there was nothing she can do. From someone that works in food service, when you mess up and the customer is mad, you give them what they want. Eventually they took off the cost of the salad. Dont go here, place sucks, people suck, food is average at best. Go to Yuraku in germantown or literally anywhere else

Ive been here twice in the past few weeks and had really good experiences both times, although slightly different. Both times I got an order of miso soup. The first time it was served straight up (as Ive always had it). The second time it was served with a bowl full of crispy fried wontons to sprinkle on top ala croutons. That totally elevated the soup and is probably the best miso soup Ive ever had! Note to self: ask for the wontons next time! The sushi tasted fresh and delicious. I really like the selection they have for their lunch special and for under $8 for two rolls, you cant really beat the price. Add to that they are extremely speedy during lunch and you can easily get in and out during your lunch break. The only weird/annoying part is they never asked if I wanted anything besides water to drink. I mean, this helps keep my bill down, but Id probably order a drink if it was offered!

I love Chinese Food and was very happy to see Red Bowl come to the area. It is my new favorite Chinese takeout. I have ordered "Take Out" several times and our family has been very pleased every time. Cant speak for the wait staff but found the Gentleman and the Women that waits on me at the bar to be very pleasant and helpful. Wish them luck and a long life.

The waitress is extremely rude, she forgot our drinks and did bring our daughter a Shirley Temple but slammed the glass down some of the drink actually spilled. When she brought the water, she actually said did you get the menus or you want me to get it. The food is good, but her demeanor will be the downfall of the restaurant.

JP SAN say they are soo sooo goood, I love their spicy salmon sushi with brown rice and their california roll, their fortune cookies are the best - they always tell me i will have a great day and i do - reb bull is a dweam come true !!! Yes , the waitress is a little flighty, but come on, this isnt the taj mahal.

Go here all the time. The salmon sashimi is great! All the teriyaki dishes are delicious. The staff are very nice, but they are quite busy a good deal with take out orders, so have some patience if you dont get served right away. Probably the best Japanese, Chinese, and Thai restaurant in the Clarksburg area.

My girlfriend and I love this place; awesome sushi, with excellent cuts and tasty variety. Not super cheap but not gonna break the bank, and you definitely get what you pay for. Delicious, and the bigger sushi entrees get really pretty (with lights and stuff, lol).

I ordered some food they attempted to pass off as Japanese. The sushi was mediocre at best and the beef dish was disgusting. Most Japanese stir frys include veggies and this one only included onions and beef. I will not be patronizing this business again.

We took carryout from here multiple times. The food tastes great and they have very nice service. The atmosphere feels comfortable, and if we have the chance, we would dine in. I would strongly recommend the Mongolian beef and the spicy crispy chicken.

Exceptionally rude staff. Food is not great. So disappointed because there was a Red Bowl in my hometown in South Carolina and I thought this would be similar. I definitely wouldnt recommend going here.

Pretty good. Do take out a few times a month. I do have to tell them repeatedly to make the General Tsos "Spicy". Friendly staff. Have a drink at the bar if you are waiting for a to go order.

The sizzling beef with shrimp and scallops in oyster sauce was fantastic and my son says the Tuna roll was awesome! Waitress was friendly and offered good advice, definitely coming back.
