I had to give it one star because it wont let me give zero stars. The Popeyes on George Washington Highway is the worst chicken place I have ever been to. Its really a shame because Popeyes does have very good food but I never seem to get it that way at the George Washington location if I can get it at all what kind of chicken place doesnt have chicken or has Shrimp Box on sale for special and doesnt have shrimp every time my girlfriend and I go in there to get something theyre out of something that we want we were just there tonight they didnt have any mild chicken tenders how can you not have mild chicken tenders at a chicken place. Its always something with that location its just terrible the roof was leaking water all over the floor meanwhile three or four people are just standing behind the counter laughing and joking while people are stepping around a hazardous area in the middle of the restaurant. After my girlfriend having to substitute more shrimp instead of chicken tenders the food was barely warm my chicken was barely warm her shrimp were barely warm the biscuits were barely warm. On top of another bad experience then not having food they are supposed to have serving us barely warm food and didnt even give us a receipt just terrible all together this location should be shut down or completely remodeled and hire more qualified employees.

My husband and I ordered our food. I ordered a 3 piece wing snack, spicy.l. My wings were not cooked. There was visible blood on the inside of all 3 wings. When I took my food back to the counter I told them my wings were not cooked. The cooks in the back were very loud stating the wings were cooked. They did not see the food! The manager opened the wings and mumbled under her breath that the wings were cooked! I told her to look at the blood! She was very rude and unapologetic. I asked for my money back. They returned my money but treated me as if I had done something wrong. I told the Supervisor that raw chicken can make people very very sick!! The uncaring attitude was offensive and other customers looked upset!! I will never spend my money here again!! Horrible customer service and poorly cooked food!

Horrible customer service every time I come here. I keep giving it another chance but every time I come there is some issue with someones order and the staffs willingness to just fix it. Service with a smile is not a standard and they charge for every little thing even when youve been waiting for 30 minutes or had an error with your order. The entire management team up to the owner is the issue. Retrain and retool

Worst ever! Stood there for over 15 min waiting for chicken strips just to find out the cook didnt drop any. Asked for my money back. They offered no compensation for the bad service and just treated it like an oh well and just blamed the new cook. This is my last time I will go to that popeyes.

The worst service! I never write a rating but Im tired of poor service here! If your a head manager at this location please review all your employees. The service was so bad I didnt complete the transaction and took my business to KFC down the street. If I could I would give zero stars!

The staff were friendly and brought me my food quickly, but they allowed panhandling inside the store. I might try the drive-thru, but I certainly wont be going inside this restaurant again.

Drive thru employees rushing...wrong orders....keep in mind, on lunch break...called mgr Dontrell and he knew right away that my order was wrong ...replaced ntire order...thxs!!
