My fiancé and I went to hooters tonight for dinner and he was really excited because he LOVES hooters wings. When we got there and ordered everything was fine until we had to wait 20 mins for our food to come out when there was no more than ten tables in the restaurant and more than half had their food already, It should NOT have taken that long to make our food. I ordered ranch with my wings and got bleu cheese which is fine mess ups happen, but it took our waitress 25-30 mins to check to see if we were alright even when her other table was right next to us. I had to ask another waitress for another refill and more sauce. My boyfriends food came out disgusting, there were several wings that still had feathers, EW who wants to eat that? Both of us were really disappointed and had stomach aches right after eating our wings. We will NEVER go back, service and food were absolutely terrible.

Me and my friend decided to sit at the bar on a wing night. We ordered. Got a beer and looked forward to our wings. Sat at the bar for 40 minutes till we got our food. Okay thats cool. Its wing night. The bartender asked us once while we waited if we needed anything. Bartender ignored us the whole time we ate. I sat there for about 25 minutes just looking at her while she placed orders in front of us or made drinks. Still nothing.... Finally called her name while she was placing an order in front of us and told her what I wanted. She mumbled something. Hopefully she at least placed the order... Yeah its all you can eat wing night.... Cant order all you can eat if your bartender never takes your order. My roommate. He sits here with an empty plate and nothings been said. Hell... I wonder if she even wants us to tip? My advice. Avoid the bar like a plague on wing night.

Okay first off it took forever for our waitress to even take our order. She apologized and said she was helping with the party in the back... okay thats nice but Im also a paying customer so you can just blow us off? Next it took an hour to get our food and heres the best part the food was not good at all and on top of that it was cold. I could nit pick everything that happened to my group but I dont want you to have to go through everything. She even failed to acknowledge my friend when he ask her a question. So if you want pub food go somewhere else. Believe me you and your wallet will thank me that you skipped over the failed restaurant that is this hooters.

We love Hooters and being from Florida, we have been to many Hooters Locations in Florida, Georgia and South Carolina. This is by far the worst one we have ever been to. Recently moved to the area and went to check it out. My whole family got sick! Decided to give them one more try to give them the benefit of the doubt and went back a second time. We should not have done that. Wings were barely room temperature, fries were stale and they didnt even throw the "Daytona Beach" flavored wings back on the grill like they are supposed to. I fully expect to be sick in the morning and I will never go back to this location!

I went to Hooters to meet up with my family, the waitress did not acknowledge me. I did not receive a menu until I asked for one, I had to keep asking the waitress for things she should have been offering multiple times. The waitress messed my order up, had my food waiting in the window for at least 10 minutes before realizing it was ready. The waitress only gave my half my order & once I said I would rather cancel the entire order she took my food back & tried to charge me for the entire meal when I ate literally NOTHING. Horrible.

The service here was horrible. The waitress Sandra had a stuck up attitude the entire time towards my friends. The wings we order was charcoal burned; the shrimp was hard and salty. She wasnt concern about refilling our drinks at a timely manner and the restaurant traffic wasnt as busy. I wouldnt recommend to coming back to this location. Compare to the Dam Neck && Military Hwy they gave us excellent customer service z

Tonight my husband and I had dinner here after a long day of hard work. We were starving and settled for hooters because the wait at BWW was outrageous. The one good thing about the whole experience was that our waitress was nice, other than that the food was just one big let down. It was just tasteless and super greasy to the point I had a stomach ache immediately after eating my wings.

Dont go on a tuesday! Its crazy busy and they just cant keep up with the pace. The deal they offer isnt worth having to wait forever and not guaranteed to get the right food. Iris the manager did what she could to make us feel comfortable. I went on a Friday night and sat at the bar and had a good time. Drinks are super cheap ! And Mika took really good care of us.

New Location, Better Service. Wife likes the staffs attentiveness and service. Full service Bar serves menud favs, but lacks variety outside the menu items. Wings are messy to eat (as expected), but are always cooked properly. This is a Must-Eat-At for locals. Family friendly environment, also (Baby Friendly aswell).

Service is HORRIBLE at this location and management is equally as bad. What is it going to take for this Hooters to improve? Staff is slow and unprofessional. Management argued with me over whether my food was cooked right.. need I say more? Stay away from this Hooters. Terrible service consistently.

What once was a family friendly place, where women with big breasts were abnormally nice is now a glorified TGI Fridays, with super mean waitresses in shorts, that barely wanna bring you a beer. ...and they water down their ranch. However, their Chipotle honey wings are bomb.

The menu has some new dishes that are worth trying. Go for the wings, but if you want something different, the fish tacos and shrimp are very good. The service and food overall are very good. When theyre not, the management is great about taking care of the customer.

Ive been to other Hooters around the country and none of them compare to this one. I wish I could give them more stars. Between the food being fresh, the staff being amazing, and the awesome tap beer selection comma this is one of our favorite places to eat.

Ive been here about 7 times. 6 of those had horrible service and management that cared very little about the customers. Tonight was the last time I will go to this one. It took 7 mins to be greeted at our table. And it wasnt any better after that.

Great food. Very friendly staff and fast service. Only complaint is that Iwhile the table was clean there was food on the floor and on the bench seats of our booth. Some of food in corner of the bench looked like it may have been there a few days.

Horrible service, we had danielle we didnt even get asked how we were doing , if we needed refills or not . I didnt even have to ponder on if I should leave a proper tip or not . Other than that this is a clean restaurant in a great area.
