The Good: They have lots of TVs and you can get wings late at night. The Bad: The service is atrocious, the prices outside of specials are mediocre, and seating can get cramped at times. If youre looking for wings and dont have any little ones youd be better served at competing establishments in the area. I rarely have a positive experience at this location, but tonight took the cake. We came in on a Sunday right as the UNC vs Kentucky game was wrapping up. As we were coming in one of the waitresses flagged a customer that was exiting down and asked if he meant to leave her no tip. He reached in his wallet and gave her a $1 bill. I wasnt sure what to make of that. We were seated as everyone was funneling out so service should have started trending back up. I got my first drink when a waiter lost his balance and dumped an entire tray of leftover drinks on the floor right behind me. Fortunately, I was wearing shorts and flip flops and took most of the impact on bare skin. The shards of glass that peppered my foot were disconcerting, but none broke the skin. I hope. People at the two tables nearest us got a full blown shower. The poor waiter look mortified and started picking up the shattered beer and wine glasses bare handed. He never apologized to any of the human collateral damage, however. Ive been in several situations at other restaurants where someone at the table got accidentally slimed by staff and this is the first time Ive never seen anyone try to make it right. The crashing glasses were far louder than ambient noise and several other staff members witnessed it. So, even if the manager didnt hear it, someone should have summoned her/him. The family on one side left pissed off and the group on the other side left what looked like a $0 tip. At that point, the guy from earlier with the $1 tip made sense. It was 15-20 minutes before anyone took our real drink order. I was contemplating taking the family and walking out, but I really had my gut set on wings and the two year old was being uncharacteristically calm. Then a different waitress took our food order because the waiter who took our drink order wasnt assigned to our table. And then a third waitress brought our food and our first and only refill. At one point I left to use the restroom and returned to find a trash can next to my chair and a gnawed chicken bone where my feet were supposed to return to. In the process of cleaning off the $0 tip table, the waitress went a little long on some of the carnage. I tried not to think about the fact that the bone probably splattered my seat before hitting the floor. Disgusting. We spent the last 20 minutes of our meal trying to figure out who and where our waitress was so we could order drink refills. 10 minutes after we were done eating and still looking for a waitress I was ready to estimate how much the bill should be, throw cash on the table, and storm the exit. But, I was worried someone might swipe the cash and it would become a law enforcement matter. She finally stopped by and we settled up on the bill. I was set on giving a tip that was equivalently terrible to the service we received, but my wife said she saw our waitress crying in the bathroom. So, she got a 20% sympathy tip. It was by no means representative of the service we received. There are clearly training issues at this location and having all that extra time to watch the staff I believe there is a morale issue as well. Update 04/28/17: I submitted the survey that was linked to me receipt after my visit. The last question on the survey is if you would like to be contacted by BWW regarding survey responses. I elected yes but have not heard from them despite it being almost a month later.

I was part of a group of 5 Active Duty military members from out of town.We were just passing through and leaving the country in the next couple days. We decided to call ahead from our hotel to see what time this B-dubs would close and we were told 8pm. So we used an Uber driver to take us to this location and we walk in at 630pm. The manager immediately tells us that he wont seat us because they are closing at 7pm due to bad weather and he sent most of his staff home. The manager had a bad attitude about us wanting to order food. He finally said we could order food to take out. So the 5 of us order take out and it take 45 minutes to order food. There was a large crowd already at the bar and the manager wouldnt let us go over to the bar and enjoy a NFL game. After about 30 minutes waiting the manager passed out a coupon for a free snack order to several ppl waiting for take out food. So we asked if we could use the coupon on top of our order because we were leaving the country and the coupon would expire. He told us no because he didnt have "the staff" to help us. Once again he blamed not serving his customers because he didnt have enough staff. Having enough staff to serve the customers until the proper closing time is on the manager and shouldnt have been taken out on the customers. This is by far the worst B-dubs experience I have been apart of and the manager had a bad attitude the entire time.

Ive been to Buffalo Wild Wings before and this is the worst one ever. Let me first start out that the establishment was empty. We still ended up waiting 15 min for anyone to come to our table. That was only because we had to ask someone to come to our table. Next thing was the wit. We need up waiting a whole hour for our good and still didnt get our food. We decided to cancel our order and they act like they didnt care at all. We talked to a manger and even he act like he didnt want to fix the situation. This isnt the first time Ive been to this location and had this happen to us. I have worked in the restaurant industry before and I know it doesnt take that long for wings to be made. The crazy part about all of this is that a couple came in about 20 minutes after us and hd their food before us. This is the most ridiculous thing ever and the worst experiences at any restaurant by far. I will never ever return to this location. Ive given them chances after chances and they customer service there still sucks.

Hot, fresh, and quick. What else can I say. We got the $20 special, and it was plenty. The boneless wings had plenty of flavor, and were very moist. Staff was courteous and helpful.Hot, fresh, and quick. What else can I say. We got the $20 special, and it was plenty. The boneless wings had plenty of flavor, and were very moist.
