Well, Im new to the Newport area and was looking for some good seafood so I decided to check out this place. I went there and ordered the Fish & 5 Jumbo Shrimp Dinner. I wasnt disappointed at all. The fish, I believe was whiting, was fried to perfection with a light crunchy coating as well as the shrimp. Neither were excessively oily. It was just as I expected. The dinner came with two sides so I got french fries and coleslaw. The fries was just a basic crinkle cut, but the coleslaw had a nice sweet taste to it. The place wasnt too big, but it had a nice clean atmosphere about it. Even though it was close to closing time, there were still plenty of people inside still trying to get food. Overall, I will definitely be making my way back to this restaurant this summer. I would recommend for all.

It has been a while since i ate Korean fried chicken. It was crispy and tasty. Lady was very nice too and the quality of chicken was great, so here is 5 star. 오랜만에 한국치킨집에 들릴수 있어서 좋았습니다. 치킨도 바삭하고 맛도 굳 입니다. 주인분도 나이스 ㅎ

I mean fried chicken is fried chicken but lets talk bath soaps. While I was in chic n fish I was over whelmed with the pressure of a urinary movement. So I left the line because I was in the back and I mean come on I had to pee. But when I finished I was slightly disappointed while I was washing my hands I noticed that the room was a little I sweet now lets clarify the room smelt sweet because to bath soap I used , well the hand soap, smelled a little too sweet. I bet there chicken is edible jk love em

I love their Korean fried chicken! This is the only place where I can get real Korean fried chicken!!:) Please plan ahead when you go, it takes 40mins to prepare so I usually call when Im 40mins away! Only Korean fried chicken takes 40mins because they want to give the customers fresh fried chicken not soggy! If you were looking for or missed Korean fried chicken? Trust me theyre the best around here! Thank you for reading! :)

GREAT service and chicken! It is chicken like the menu says will blow you away. Extremely flavorful and crispier than any chicken you have had before. However I didnt like the "mac and cheese".... Lol it was very literally macaroni elbow noodles and cheese sprinkled on the top . I just know to avoid that particular side dish. The fries were good too they were hot and thicker cut. I will be back for sure!

Great food and service. Korean wings (soy garlic) are bomb and the seafood is pretty good too, hush puppies were good, kids loved the Mac n cheese. Liked the Mystics as drink options also, giving the people what they want. Visited because of the high reviews, wasnt disappointed. Especially since we got there late at like 845, and they close at 9 and we still got great treatment.

I had to put a star cuz it wouldnt let me post otherwise. This restaurant gets no stars. Went in there to ask guy about food portion and what comes with dinner. He was very rude. Talk to be well looking at videos on his phone. He was not hopeful at all. Got ruder with every question I asked him. He looks like maybe he was the owner. First time in there and I will never go back.

Bulgolgi, Seafood e.g. fish, scallops, calamari(fried and breaded), French Fries, Onion Rings, Hush Puppies, Salad, and Fried Veggies were excellent. Her fresh kim chi was the best! Wow. She makes it twice a week. She serves a very nice herbal tea made from locally grown plants. Super sweet folks. We hope to go back tomorrow before we head home. Highly recommend.

The food is fantastic and made fresh to order. The Korean fried chicken is perfectly cooked with a nice fried flavor but without much grease. The service is a bit slow because there is only one woman taking orders and serving, so dont go there if you are in a hurry. But in the words of a customer I overheard there today, "Its worth the wait."

Very quaint. Only 2 staff, but they were polite and we didnt have to wait long. I tried the whiting sandwich and fried calamari. Onion rings and Mac and cheese were good sides and tasted good. The calamari was a little over fried. Id recommend this place to you, its a great restaurant to eat and I will definitely be back.

Oh my god those Korean wings ... gigantic and crispy deliciousness. Comes w a side of some cucumber-like kimchi if I remember correctly. Feel free to call ahead for those as they take 30 minutes to make (listed prominently on their menu). Inside youll find seating, but it all can feel a little, idk, disheveled?

We live in Chesapeake and drive up for their soy-garlic wings. It takes a while for them to make it but its definitely worth the wait. My only issue is that sometimes service can be real bad since it is a small family business.

I paid 32 for enough to feed 3.5 people. And it was all wings. (With a few left over) the Korean fried wings are as advertised...very good! Slow fried and juicy. Not greasy. The soy garlic flavor is love.

Excellent fried chicken and fish! This place also serves Korean dishes such as tdon duk (korean fried chicken) and bpi bim bap. Bulgogi is also on the menu. Very tasty! Accepts Visa and Mastercard.

Good chicken! Its double fried chicken. Please please call in 30 min before hand if you want to order the drumstick. It takes a long time to make. Wings dont take that long

Call ahead for your order. The soy garlic wings are pretty outstanding over here.
