I came in to grab some food to-go. I walked in to see one lady behind the counter, who did not acknowledge me at all. She was helping another customer, st the register so, thats totally understandable. What happened next was not. She proceeded to start making the order of the lady who she was helpings at the register. At no point does she speak to me or acknowledge me in any way. I stand there for about 5 minutes before another customer enters and walks in behind me. She is not acknowledged either. At this point the lady behind the counter starts periodically shouting "Alex". By now Ive been standing here for what felt like quite a while with no aknowledgement. So I begin to leave, quietly and the lady starts shouting for me to wait and then continues to shout for Alex. I let her know that she could at least speak to people who walk in. She then said Alex was coming and I said "I stood here for almost 10 minutes and you didnt even speak to me". And I left. On my way out some fellow patrons informed me they "they can be rude in there". I replied that I understood that she was the only one working, but a little common courtesy goes a long way, to which they agreed... I wont be back.

Boston Market of Sterling lies about their prices and should be held accountable for their actions. If you get a half-chicken, its $8.69, this will include two normal sides. When you look at the receipt, it states $9.79. Not only is this fictitious advertising, its theft! The franchise owner should have his contract ripped in half and corporate needs to come in and come up with a solution. Please be careful, eventhough its only a dollar, it still is false advertising. Let these people be held accountable.

I was in no rush and ordered a chicken pot pie. The lady told me they didnt have any, and that it would be 15 minutes. Before realizing what a pain that would be for them, I said ,"Yeah, thats fine." It was a little more than 15 minutes, but they do have great customer service and I dont think they could have handled it any better; Im not the type that thinks its unreasonable for something [that at least appears to be] fresh to not be readily available and take a few minutes.

POS Service, Worst ever. Placed my carry out order for pickup early in the morning for 5pm. Had to wait 20 minutes for the lady behind register to acknowledge me, only to find out they ran of chicken and could not service my pre ordered family meal. Food shouldve been reserved for me as I placed order early, Shouldve been ready at 5pm but nope. And to lady behind the register, if you hate your job so much, why work? Boston market, you ruined my Christmas plans.

I used to love Boston chicken, but this one is consistantly mediocre. The foods usually served lukewarm. The soup should be fabulous, but is bland and cool. But worst of all, their stuffing/dressing, which used to be the best anywhere, has a weird metallic taste, but other than that is just flavorless. Even the gravy doesnt save it. But if i remember right their sandwiches are pretty good, because their meat is usually tasty. Try that.

Decided to try the chicken "tenders". Worse thing Ive ever tasted, literally. The chicken is super thin and dried out, no taste. Its covered in a rough, rock-hard coating. Tasted like slate rocks with a gravel coating. Waste of money.

Maybe not as good as it used to be, but still decent. I used to pick up food here a lot, and the selection was good, but it seems theyve been scaling down their selection as of late. The food is good though for a reasonable price.
