My boyfriend wanted to treat me to a pizza for my birthday and we are both incredibly disappointed. He opened up the box a few moments ago and it looks like the pizza was tossed in the box, toppings were all over the place and when we cut into it, the dough was VERY undercooked. Such a soggy mess. $17.00 and so not worth it. From now on we will be going to Mamas where we know it will be cooked and cost less. Dont bother with contacting them on Facebook as they do not respond and a phone call complaint was lack luster. We love their other dinners, but this incident has put us off completely. UPDATE: I wrote a review on Facebook and another customer had the same thing happen, but he states that he was reimbursed for his pizzas while I was told to drive out to Bellas so they could make me another one. I called Bellas and spoke to "Sam" and he said that he knew nothing about it. There is something very fishy about this place. I asked once about the delivery service as it is not always convenient for us to travel due to my health and our server told us that they do not get the charge that is placed on the bill for delivery, that it goes to the restaurant so we decided not to use this service. This is not a very nice thing to do to your employees.

Very disappointed. The service was not great. Received the very oily bread with no plates, the wrong salad dressing, and then I ordered a meatball sub. On top of that it was hard to get our waitress at all because they hang out in the kitchen. There were only 8-9 tables with guests and 2 servers and the manager. You kind of just assume it comes with a side, nope. My mistake I guess, but it was the worst meatball sub I have had. All bread and 4 tiny meatballs that look like they came out of a frozen bag. The sauce was lacking in flavor too. The food is just extremely bland zero flavor.

Food was very good - service not so much. We were seated in a timely manner, but the food didnt arrive for over 45 minutes. Not once did our waitress ask about refilling our drinks, nor did she offer any information about the delay until we flagged her down. The reason for taking so long was "its busy tonight". For us, if there is a next time, it will be a take out order called in ahead of time.

Food is good worth a 4, but the pizza pricing is messed up. Charged me almost $ 18.00 for a half cheese half 3 toppings, so that is only one and a half total toppings. It is $16.00 for house special that has 8 toppings. When asked how is that right I only got, "yeah, that is just how the pricing is....". Never again...for ripping me off one star.

We started with some beer (nice selection) & then a salad. We were hoping to find a New York style pizza. When we tried their plain cheese pizza we were pleasantly surprised. The crust was crispy on the bottom, light and flaky. Sauce was tasty and texture, flavor and amount of cheese were all great. Well be back!

Weve been going to Bella J for several years now and enjoy it. The tomato bisque is delicious as are their calzones. Pizza is pretty good (Im from NJ-NY so I am pretty fussy about my pizza). They are great about special orders and will make their veal Francesca with chicken (its delish).

I will never go when Linda is working food is not good when She works. I asked for French fries and she delivers old ones and I asked for another and then received great fries. I have spoken with your staff several times. I will only go on Friday when She doesnt work anymore. Great food

Lasagna was very good, fresh, tasty. Pizza was good, not a little wet. Sauce had a nice flavor. Find it on the west side. Kind of hidden on the first floor of an office building by Lake of the Woods. Ask for Candice as your server she is great.
