Horrible customers service, good food... We have been there twice. The first time we got a waitress that was obviously new. That I can forgive, though she wasnt very attentive, we basically saw her at the beginning and ending of the meal. This second time we had gone, our service was mediocre at best. The waitress made the excuse that she was also waiting behind the bar. If she is so busy then make her do one or the other. Then on top of that our card got rang up for the wrong table. So when we were expecting only $40 to coming out of our account, $240 came out. For us $200 is a big deal, and we only go out to eat once every two to three months. Then the manager, maybe owner, came out and tried to make some excuses, explaining how his bank works, he was totally unsympathetic. But we had to cancel our plans for the rest of the evening because we didnt have the available funds. I asked him about comping our meal in full or in part, but he said he wouldnt do anything about it. He didnt even offer any type of coupon or anything for a future visit to try and make us come back, just a free desert for that night, which we had already had, and paid for. In truth the meals were good, it was why we gave them a second chance, but why give them any more stars if you made your guests mad to the point of not wanting to come back.

Stopped by Vitos for dinner on Wed July 6 around 6pm. Wife ordered an Italian dish that was very good. I ordered a small pizza with sausage and mushrooms, a small salad with blue cheese dressing, and a diet Pepsi. The pizza was burned on the bottom (with a burned taste) and very wet on top. When I attempted to pick a piece up---the top slid off the burned bottom crust. My salad was not fresh (sort-of wilted)---and the blue cheese dressing tasted like a cheap grocery store type. There were no "lumps" of cheese----as a quality dressing would have. Hey---the Pepsi was good----but a $2.50 glass of Pepsi should be good The $3.50 salad was certainly not worth it. And the cook certainly did not put much effort to offer me a good pizza. I have had good pizza there before-----but consistency is a must for me to return. I could have complained---but I am just not one to do that in public----thats just me. So that unpleasant dinner cost me 20 bucks including a 20% tip.

Get the tortellini pesto. Period. My family and I have been going here since they opened a few years back and it is a great environment! We were there for New Years most recently and had a great time! Ill get a picture of the tortellini pesto next time and post it. I tell you its the best combination of flavors you will experience!

The only reason i dont "love" is it seems like there are hidden fees in everything . If you want stromboli every ingredient is a charge up . Their "special" on pasta is regular price ... if you get a salad with it it actually costs more than menu price(which the salad is included ). On a positive note : the food is always tasty.

We ordered a carry out 1 month ago and it was excellent. As today, it was a Suturday late afternoon and they had more than enough Server assistance to quell poor service identified I read. Definitely recommend it, and heading there within the next two hour! Brad S

The food was excellent and the service was very friendly! I think popular, new restaurants get slammed in the beginning and that may account for the service messages above. We had a great experience and highly recommend going to check out the food.
