F this place and whoever answered the phone. Seems like the rude unprofessionals always end up owning small pizza places. Ordered 2.5 hours ago, called to inquire of status, and was met with short tone man who, without me giving out my name or order, just throws out at me that the food conveniently was sent out a minute or two ago. This review is being posted 30 min after I got off the phone. Unfortunately for them, I am a manager in food service myself and understand what that means : "oh crap, we forgot that online order! Quick, lets make it right now!!". Just be honest and youd have a more successful business. Shadiness and hiding the truth leads to 1 time customers that never return. Congrats, the banks must love you and your loans. Ill edit this if the food even gets here, but I somehow doubt itll ever get here. And if it does, I dont believe it will be safe to eat. A health inspection would probably come in handy. Look at that! Food got here, and drivers paper said in big bold the time of delivery, the time it was 1.5 hours ago! Oh btw, someone took all your menus from the hotel. They magically disappeared. Oh and Thanks for the litteraly 14 fries in my box..And spaghetti dish with no fork..Damn you guys really suck...How are you still making sales? Oh yeah, fools like myself. Hopefully my review will help protect others from a food fiasco

My friend and I ended up eating here because she got off work late and it was one of the only Italian places open that didnt only serve pizza. Well, it was a terrible experience. When we got there, at least 30mins before close, we sat down for a little bit (10mins max) to look at the menu. At one point, a man came out of the kitchen and after helping a patron with his pickup order, remarked that we should hurry up. At the time, it seemed like a joke but then it all started going downhill. I had originally gone in with the intention of ordering pasta, which the website said they had, but when I asked about it I was told that they were "out of cream". My friend and I ended up ordering subs, which the man immediately tried to write us up for 12 inch ones ($11) and I had to interrupt his barrage of questions to tell him we wanted the smaller ones ($8). When I looked at my receipt, he had charged me for the larger size. The entire ordering process seemed extremely rushed and the man exuded an attitude that we were wasting his time/idiots. Now the food, the subs were sub-par if not inferior quality and mine didnt even have the correct toppings on it. My friends sub ended up getting peppers and house dressing on hers because by that point, we just wanted to leave. Point is, were never going back here.

Owner Sammy was completely unprofessional when it came to ordering. He picked up and asked what do I want and that orders were going to take an hour and tried to hang up-when I said thats fine we are willing to wait he let off a sigh. I began to order two burgers and asked for the toppings to be separated from the bun so it wouldnt get soggy. He complained that he had bigger orders to fill and didnt have time to worry about my toppings. I explained that his employees did it no problem when we last ordered and that him telling me he didnt care about my order was very rude; I am still a paying customer. He said it didnt matter he had more important things to do because of larger orders. He missed out on the fact that we were completely willing to wait the hour or so, had a huge order to place as well, and have ordered from his establishment a few times this week. There are too many other places around to deal with such a sour disposition from the owner of an establishment -busy or not.

Do NOT order a burger or the double burger from a pizza place should have been my first thought!!! I was given the option of how I wanted my double burger cooked via the GrubHub online ordering website, I selected medium-well and when I got it not only did it look like someone was picking at the meat, it was like a hockey puck burnt/hard! I dont know what seasoning they put in their burgers but that seasoning should NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER be put in a burger. The fries were bland, tasted plastic and just boring. They tasted like fake potatoes. THEYVE COMPLETELY RUINED MY CRAVING FOR A BURGER! Ive heard that their pizza is really good so if I ever have the guts to order from them maybe Ill order a simple cheese pizza....I mean how can a pizza place screw up a pizza.....Ill let you know once I order it and because its my luck theyll figure out a way! QUITE POSSIBLY THE MOST DISGUSTING BURGER IVE EVER HAD.......GROSS!

I will never be ordering from here again and if I could give it zero stars I would. I ordered food from here and when it arrived there was cilantro on EVERYTHING. I called the store and was told that if I wanted a refund I would have to contact grubhub. So I did. Grubhub actually had to call the store and grubhub was told that the store was NOT going to allow us to have a refund because they always put cilantro on everything (why did I have to call grubhub if you were just going to refuse?).... which is not in the description of ANY of there food on ANY website they are on. They want to give us 10% off our next order and considering we are never ordering here again... not very helpful.

Wow. These guys are awful. Ordered a pizza. 45 minutes later. Wrong one comes... $38 charge. We call to the get the right one and we are told that the manager will call us. An hour later we call back. "We forgot to call you". After trying to explain their error, we get another pizza sent. The correct one only costs $24... but the driver, incredibly rude and beligerant, refuses to reimburse me for the difference of the error. Swearing at me in the lobby of my hotel... all up in my face. Then drives away squealing his tires. Wow. They are awful.

If there was 0 stars I would give it to this place. I went in there last night wanting to get a small pizza, The guy told us we have the sizes above thats our smallest size. Ordering a small pizza we were charged 20$ and I was like what kind of pizza is 20$ we looked through the menu and saw that he sold us a large rather then small when asked for refund he simply stopped making the pizza put no cheese on it and gave a pizza with only chicken and no sign of cheese. Worse Experience EVER!!!!!!

When I heard of the place, I wasnt impressed. In fact thought that since these folks have such an extensive menu, I was prejudiced into thinking that they had to get it wrong. But my first order was the Paav Bhaji Pizza, and I was simply blown away. Cant wait to try other stuff now! This place seems like a great addition to the food options available in the Herndon area. :)
