I rarely give anyone a 1 star review but Ive been ordering from this place since I moved here in 2011, and the frequency has been waning consistently since. My primary complaint is their interpretation of "extra cheese". It seems as if there is absolutely no difference in the lack of extra cheese and the inclusion of it. Regardless of whether I order a specialty pizza that includes extra cheese, or I order a "build your own" that includes extra cheese, I always get a pizza with extra cheese and I always get bare spots on the pizza where there is no cheese, or I get an obvious deficiency of cheese overall. I honestly dont see any difference between the pizzas I used to order in the beginning, without extra cheese, and those that I now order with it. Yes Im on a rant but Ive been trying to stick with Bellas because my better half loves the fresh mozzerella salad, but Im pretty much done sending and taking pizzas back to this place. Best of luck to pizza cheese lovers. (Update) They of course sent another pizza out and retrieved the deficient one, and the replacement was on the money as always, but Im baffled as to why it never gets done right the first time. It seems obvious to me that their "extra cheese" protocol is way off, otherwise I wouldnt have to send or take them back repeatedly. I seriously doubt its a mistake on the part of the staff, not with the frequency that I experience it, and urge the ownership to reassess what theyre doing for orders that include extra cheese. Seriously though, who analyzes extra cheese so intensely? Someone that expects to get just that when they order it?

Well, we used to like Bellas Pizza (Pickwick in Centreville) and had them deliver many times; but I will never order from them again. The delivery drivers take up a dozen spaces in a plaza with a tutoring center and martial arts facility with many parents picking up and dropping off children in the afternoon and evening. The drivers should NOT be in customer spaces and should not yell, beep and try to back into a parent picking up a child. One of the drivers approached my car yelling at mem while another started to back his car toward me. I should have called the police. And will if there is a next time. The shopping center needs to keep Bellas from using customer parking for its drivers. There are plenty of spaces in back of the building where children are not beng dropped off and picked up!

I had been going to BELLA PIZZA about 4 years ... here and there .... tonight I ordered 16" large pizza with extra cheese with sausage .... I got sausage on one side and sprinkle sausage on other side ... so they made me another pizza and it was sprinkle on sausage pizza .... very sad .... im thinking SAUSAGE should cover the pie ..... NOT HERE AND THERE ... and on my way out one of the counter sales women made comments saying ... HAVE A GREAT DAY ! .. is that another way of saying dont come back...??? SO BE IT ....... HAVE A GREAT DAY FOR EVER......!!!!!!!!

Stay away from their summer pool offers, it is a scam. They will sell you a third grade quality food because their pizza is just for pool laying kids..... I ordered a chicken pizza today at Centreville, the order was wrong in the first place... They corrected it and sent me a horrible extra large chicken pizza... The pizza was tasteless, the chicken was so dry and chewy. Horrible pizza, horrible guy on the phone.... Dominos pizza in Centreville is definitely much better than this Bella crabby pizza.....

Ive been buying from Bellas for a decade. Coupon for 10 wings was not honored (expires at anytime on coupon). Coupon on menu given with order HAS THE SAME COUPON. the order of 8 wings we did get was burnt. Called and spoke to jennifer and she said she couldnt give a partial refund. I said to refund the whole thing then. She agreed. I checked my statement and she reran the amount without the wings instead. I WILL NOT BE GETTING FOOD FROM BELLAS AGAIN. Quality has suffered and the managers are incapable.

Decent Gluten free pizza ! You wont find it on the online menu though. Food is good, staff is always friendly. The online ordering needs to offer a little more info but works well. As mentioned above, they offer gluten free pizza but its not on the menu. To order: Select ny style pizza, then medium (only size available), you will then see the Gluten free option. You will not see any mention of it any where else. It was tasty, so a great option for those with diet restrictions.

This is my new favorite pizza place =) First, the people there are really nice and Ive never had a negative experience there. Second, the pizza and subs are pretty delicious. I have liked every type of pizza that Ive tried so far from there, especially the Margherita pizza with chicken. They all taste really fresh and flavorful. The subs are also a favorite from there, I usually get the steak and cheese or crispy chicken sandwich.

Good to very good food. This is a takeout and delivery place so theres no "decor". The staff are friendly and competent and they will make things right if something goes awry. Highly recommended. Edit: Ive been using them for awhile longer and theres really no reason they dont deserve a 5 star rating. They are very polite, flexible, willing to make up for any (rare) mistakes, inexpensive, and just an all around good business.

worst customer service ever! Apparently, theyre having a customer appreciation week, charging $4.99 for a large 1 topping pizza. Not knowing the special, Ive ordered the 1 topping small pizza and went to ge pick it up, was charged $6.99. The store manager said it was my fault because I didnt order the large, saying he didnt know I wanted a large!

Just ordered from Bella Pizza and the service was really fast and my pizza and gyro were nice and hot upon arrival. My white pizza was great, better than the norm from Papa Johns and Dominos. My gyro was also quite excellent!! Not to mention I received a free 2 liter of diet coke (im not quite sure why) but very pleased with the food and service!!!

I have been ordering from Bella for the last 3 years. Food is great, but the service is horrible. There has never been any time that Ive called and got good service. Dont ask to speak to a manager all of them are. Last few times they have started to mess up on my orders. Hope some one hire good working people soon. Or might have to just move on.

Courteous call takers, exceptionally fast delivery, GREAT tasting food, generous portions & EXCELLENT pricing/specials! Also the menu is varied from subs - salads - burgers - pizza - hot wings - gyros and theyre all delicious! The ONLY negative I can see is the inability to place an order online but they do have a website for menu & pricing.

SO happy to have found this place!! My husband and I just moved to Centreville and recently discovered this little gem. Their Margherita pizza is wonderful. Their desserts are delicious, I havent had anything that I didnt like. Very yummy, great delivery speed and theyre always so nice. I cant say enough great things!
