This is a very small hole in the wall, no seating, mix-match menu of several ethnic foods based in Italian style - if that sounds confusing, it is. It isnt super clean or organized, but I have always had pretty good luck with small food places like that. HOWEVER, Wish I could put zero stars. Usually when something goes wrong with customer service I give them the benefit of the doubt - and dont jump the gun on being irate or irrational. Picked up my order, got home, they didnt even add an item to the order and my appetizers were cold, not even close to warm (mozzarella sticks and jalapeño poppers - which also were not spicy). I called after driving the 15 minutes home to let them know the sandwich didnt make it on the order and the apps were barely edible. The young man I made my order with told me he confirmed my order with me and then transferred me to someone else about the apps. The second gentleman told me they dont make apps in house - they bring them in from outside and so he "friend them up nicely just for me and they are warm on the outside". I let him know that its not unusual these days for restaurants to bring in their food from outside sources - but it definitely shouldnt be the reason the food isnt acceptable. So he then brought up the sandwich, and told me next order he would give me both apps and a sandwich free. I asked what I was supposed to eat now? He let me know he would have them delivered within 15 minutes. 5 minutes later I got a call saying "the man who took my order said he confirmed the order with me before placing it and went through the bag with me upon pick up, (neither is true - they wouldnt hear of that though). the manager also allegedly said they couldnt give food away for free and I would have to pay for the sandwich at a 20% discount (I didnt mind - I didnt pay for it in the first place because he didnt add it to the bill) and hed throw in drinks for free. The entire exchange was so absurd to me from the excuses of food not being acceptable because its not made in house to the customer service that was so brazen as to call me back after telling me my order was on the way to let me know they didnt believe me, werent going to honor what they promised me, and had a rebuttal/counter offer. That is when I got pretty irritated, told them to cancel the delivery all together, i would take my business elsewhere and encourage other to do the same. Funny thing is, when I was ordering the food at the counter, I glanced at the screen when he was signing in to find notes (in extremely large font) of what seemed like customer complaints "customer says order was cold... Customer says order wasnt complete... Customer says so-so at fault." I shrugged it off because I didnt know the system - could have been just reminders to keep them grounded in good service and possibly a fluke. It was a sign I tell you. A sign !!!

This took place all in one order.... 1. Ordered hot wings and a turkey sandwich from this disaster of a "food establishment"... It took 1.5 hours to get my food, when they said it would be 30 minutes... When the food came, the wings were burnt, and sauceless, AND the sandwich instead of sliced turkey, as it was described, had cubed turkey that you expect on a salad..... So, that part happened.... 2. I called the place to complain about the wings. The person I spoke to explained there was no more hot sauce.... OK, then call me back and tell me that....I digress..... He said hed remake the wings and send them over.............................. 3. The order arrives, and I open the box, and its a TUNA FISH SANDWICH!!!... Which in my opinion, might well be, cat food..... Because it is.......I called the place back, and he had the audacity (to test my veracity) to ask if I wanted the sandwich instead.... I flat out laughed.... he sent the guy back to me to grab the cat food sandwich....... 4. Then to bring it all together, the delivery man then told me he would be back with the wings in 10 minutes, because the "restaurant" is 2 minutes away, when the first call started with "Im sorry Im running late, Im sitting it traffic. 5. Do not order from this place. You will be sorry.

Heres what Ive experienced. I get take out WAY more than anyone should. With that said, Ive eaten from pretty much EVERY restaurant in the area- from RTC to Herndon to Franklin Farm. About 6 weeks ago I ended up giving this place a shot totally unplanned- I did not expect much. I was very pleasantly surprised. Since then Ive ordered at least 4x / wk - Ive had a few different pizza types, their burger, their pasta w/ sauce and cheese, and my favorites, their calzones and meatballs. My rating is based on the fact that these guys stand out as different and better because they clearly MAKE their food. Its not out of a can/bag/frozen etc. I hate paying for something that seems like someone opened a box and heated-- these guys make food and its good- it does not taste like most of the other similar level places in the area With SO many cookie cutter variations on take out & delivery in the area, we should really support a place that has made the effort to do more than just heat & box.

Guy on the phone who took my order was very nice and as he promised, delivery took 50 min. I ordered Cheesteak (per menu comes with grilled onions and cheese), I asked to add mushrooms. 20 wings ($13.99)- half BBQ, half hot with both dressings, and I ordered mozzarella sticks. I got my order that consisted of cheesesteak with lettuce (delivery guy stated that all subs comes with it...but it is NOT on the menu). My mozzarella sticks was ok but when I opened marinara....it smells like rotten tomatoes...whatever, not a big deal, stuff happens. And then I got to the wings....and this is why Im leaving this review... I got 8 hot and 9 BBQ wings. And as for my dressings- not ranch and blue cheese but caesar and what looked like mayo mixed with oil... And on top of that- I was charged $15.98 for the wings. Needles to say this is my first and last time ordering from this place.

I ordered 10 wings, well done, plain etc. and they got the order correct......I got what I asked for which is amazing! I also got cheese fries with bacon.. It is as it sounds fries with cheese and bacon, just enough amounts of each. it is not 4-6 hours old fries drowning in cheese. this was great as well. I ordered a 8" pizza and it was great but very salty, I thinkit was the pepperoni so it was by no means a bad pizza and for those who may remember....think of the pepperoni pizzas from Pizza Hut....that kind of salty where it is tasty but you also need a gallon of water. Overall, a fantastic place. :)

Foods okay, but the delivery times are way too long, and they will consistently get your order wrong. I ordered a turkey avocado sub with no lettuce and no tomato. I received a turkey sub with onions and no avocado, plus they substituted fries-which were cold by the time the food arrived, an hour and fifteen minutes later-when I didnt even ask for that. I considered complaining, but didnt feel like waiting another hour+ to eat. Dont use these guys. They seem nice enough, but are totally incompetent.
