I do enjoy a tropical smoothie, its one of the best places to cool down and walk up even in a rush. Today i went to wake up with one of my favorites their chocolate smoothie one only to find out they no longer make it, so i decided one another and one of those giant cups their selling, i got ripped off they did not serve me in the giant cup which costs more if you get the smoothie and because i was tired they served me my smoothie and i left, realizing when i got to my destination i did not get their marketed product. Gee thanks, never going again in early morning and this possible was my last time ever going since im moving anyway.

This is the second time I tried tropical for lunch and was disappointed. The first time I receive about a half ounce of chicken in my flatbread sandwich. The second time I ordered the Wasabi Roast Beef on the Ciabatta bread. This is false advertising as the “Ciabatta” was nothing more than a puffed up version of their flat bread, nothing more than a mushy tasteless roll. Real Ciabatta bread has a crisp crust, a somewhat soft, porous texture. For something with Wasabi in the name it was amazingly bland. I understand the smoothies are good, I don’t recommend the sandwiches.

Horrible customer service!! Placed a large order when we picked it up we asked to double check everything was in the bag. Unfortunately we only three sandwiches were in the bag and all of our sides and desserts where missing. As we were back in a meeting we were unable to leave and pick up the missing food. How sad that no one who works for Tropical Smoothie owns a car or is capable of walking 3/4 of a mile to deliver the missing items. They will mail us a coupon for a free smoothie in the future. Customer service doesnt get much worse.......

I dont have a problem with the company as a whole, but this specific store on Jan 15 I was almost repelled away because the tables were disgusting, the floor didnt look like it was swept I days. I also get the same smoothie everyday at work so I know what it should taste like and didnt even taste close I think I got the wrong one made. Maybe just a bad day but I wasnt please today.

Havent really had a bad smoothie from this place. Awesome flavor options all around. I ask for a little protein in mine, which gives a creamier texture! It is kind of ridiculous to only have 1 size option for smoothies, which is huge or none, but now they offer splitting the smoothie into 2 smaller cups to share!

Ive been a long time customer, and have enjoyed most meals aside from some of the specials. However, with the most recent menu changes, I will no longer be a customer. Smaller portions at the same prices, and bagels discontinued, there are better places to go unless you want a sugar smoothie.

Great smothies. Quite a nice selection of various healthy options. Its a cozy place with some good music playing. They also offer wraps and salads. Felt very safe here due to all the law enforcement officers grabbing food.

Excellent choice for a quick lunch or smoothie treat right in the heart of the city. The new Savory Island Club sandwiches are delicious, and I always love pairing one with an Island Green smoothie. Two thumbs up!
