Just horrible. I came in and the only available table was filthy dirty. I came in 11:30am 11/17/16 about or a little bite before the waitress Michelle took forever to get me and my moms food and when she did it came in pieces. The heavy set young white man cooking was slow and she give me the waffle first with no utensils to eat it. She took a very long time to even bring the waffle. I asked the woman and she walked away and then I had to motion for her can I get some utensils to eat the waffle with and she finally give me some eating utensils. My mom and ordered almost the same order with the exception of I order led a sausage and my mom had the bacon. Then she give my mom eggs, hash brown, and toasted butter bread but I didnt get mine. I was hunger so I began to eat the waffle my mom wanted to wait for the bacon to begin to eat. My moms waffle then came then we asked the waiter Michelle was the bacon coming and she said yeah its coming. The bacon come for my mom. Then Michelle give me my sunny side up eggs, hash brown, and buttered toast and then last my sausage. In pieces. Michelle was nice but really didnt know what she was doing. I also had to get up and go pay at the cash register at all the waffle houses I been to they never made me get up and go to the cash register away from my table to pay. This is my worst experience in a Resturant ever. The food was great but the service here from the older waiter Michelle and the heavy set young white man cook was horrible.

If theres one thing I realized by this point in my life, its that I dont go to Waffle House enough. Its inexpensive and open 24/7. What more do you want when youre traveling home late at night? I wish there was one closer to home though. Anyway, tonight I decided to try the Edgewood Waffle House. The funny thing I noticed about Waffle House is no matter how big the plot of land it sits on, its always the same small narrow-rectangle building. I have to wonder if somewhere out there, theres a Waffle House on a 100-acre lot, where you have to travel a mile up a driveway to the same small building. To put things plainly, there werent really many tables in the dining area at this Waffle House, although on Sunday night, the crowd was light enough that it wasnt a problem. Service was actually surprisingly good. The server was polite and prompt, and knew how to describe the scale of the hash browns we were about to order. I had my hash browns all the way and it was everything I hoped for -- a veritable food pile! Certainly, it was a lot more filling than some platters costing two or three times that Ive had at other restaurants. In summary, I definitely would return to this Waffle House. Not only was it more than adequate for dinner, its also very conveniently close to an I-95 exit.

Well when we arrived we were yelled to from acrossed the room, just sit anywhere. Then we waited fifteen minutes and were never acknowledged. Finally we got up and left. As we were leaving the staff were making comments and laughing. I didnt find it very amusing and neither did my husband considering we actually traveled twenty miles to go to a waffle house. I did call them and reported the staff and their terrible customer service issues. Well see how they handle the problems! Update: After I reported these incompetent fools to their corporate office, I received an apology letter from them with a $10.00 certificate to order a meal. Like Ive said before Dennys make waffles as well and the service was outstanding. Id never step foot in another waffle house in my lifetime. I believe in second chances but when youre not even acknowledged then they found out funny that we were leaving. Anyone of them couldve apologized for the rudeness of the rest and came up to us before we left. We probably wouldve stayed. Those Moron dont deserve any more chances and there corporate office should offer a coupon to eat as Dennys Where they would actually enjoy the service, speed, friendliness and accuracy of their order.

I love Waffle House, but have given up on this location. For the three years prior to this one, they had a consistent, well-trained and attentive waitstaff. In the last year, almost the entire crew has left, being replaced by newcomers that either arent interested in listening to the training from their managers, or the managers arent training them at all. I believe its the latter. On my last visit, the young lady calling out orders spent the entire time of my visit leaning up against the counter with her back to me. Never once acknowledged my presence, and when she wasnt calling out orders, she was gossiping about other employees and customers using filthy language. Ill have to investigate other Waffle Houses in the area to see if its just the one store, or a District Manager asleep at the switch...

This was my first visit to a Waffle House and it might be my last. No one to greet, took almost 10 min before an employee even noticed us. Employeses arguing openly on the floor about not cleaning booths because its not their fing problem. REALLY?!? No hair nets, the same gloves that handle the money, handled the food. The floors were DISGUSTING. Sticky and wet with food everywhere. We were trying to give it a chance, but after the arguing between employees started, we cancelled our orders and walked out. But not before hearing this employee curse under her breathe. FYI: We went across the street to Dennys, where we were greeted and had our ordered placed with 5min. I wouldve given you a half star, but it wasnt available. This is unacceptable for a family establishment.

There was 7 employees just standing around and 4 doing the cooking. The 7 employees were having loud personal conversations and were paying No attention to the customers including me. My waiter brought me coffee and didnt offer me any creamer. Then, he brought me my waffle with No syrup, I had to ask a different waitress for syrup. I finished my coffee and he never checked on my or offer me a refill. He never offer me any water either. Another table had to yelled just to get their attention a few times. These kids are rude, they have no manners, and have no respect, but I bet they love them tips from the customers. Waffle House, step it up and hire better qualify and more mature people for the love of god. I will never be going back to this place again

Read my other review about The Waffle House and its exactly the same as this place. One Waffle House is like the other. I love the Waffle House I could eat there all the time to tell you the truth I think their food is really good behind the counter its generally kind of dirty because his hectic and chaotic but yeah I would definitely if youre not crazy about seeing dirty floors and that kind of thing I would definitely recommend the Waffle House I work with one person who won based on my recommendation and told me he would never go again because he grossed him out so bad because he saw it behind the counter look like
