So I was in the mood for some stuff crust pizza instead of the normal, so I thought Id give Pizza Hut a try over my usual Papa Johns. I ordered online nothing special it arrived within 40 minutes, but they forgot to bring the soda my room mate ordered. I didnt realize until after I brought the pizza into the kitchen and he asked. I then went to open the pizza and it was just a normal cheese without the stuff crust I ordered. I then went to call the number to tell them that they had made a mistake and they NEVER answered the phone. It just kept ringing and ringing I even hung up and tried calling again and it kept ringing for a total of 5 minutes until I just gave up. I wont be ordering from here again.. Ill stick with Papa Johns.

Ordered a pizza for delivery. Nothing special, a large half cheese half pepperoni pan crust with a side of breadsticks. I got called by the driver twice (poor guy) because the lady who took my order wrote down the wrong address and wrong directions that I offered, also the pizza was a thin crust all pepperoni. So I called the store and they argued with me telling me 3 times that I was wrong and that my order was repeated to me 4 times. Really... 4 times?! Finally she decides that they will replace the pizza, but I have to wait 50 minutes. These people are idiots. My husband says that I shouldnt be surprised, the lady there is selling pizzas for a reason. I guess hes right. We will never order there again. End of story.

2 out of the last 3 times our order has been incorrect...and to top it off both times the "MoD" argued with us that our order was correct, to the point where he used foul language. This is not the type of person that should be working in customer service.

This is how our chicken arrived. Not eating- its gross- waited almost an hour for the order. Pizza was fine- not exceptional. Dont get why they would send the chicken out like this. Gross. Sorry I paid cash.

Very skimpy on the toppings, too much grease, and I had to do a 40 minute round trip because they got my order wrong, it was right on the ticket but made wrong.
