New, super-clean, very friendly location. Even has outside seating! Five Guys makes the best bacon cheeseburgers. Period. This is a typical location with seating, free peanuts, and a fairly efficient order processing line. Not the cheapest burger shop around, but in this case you truly get what you pay for in terms of quality, quantity and taste. Order large fries and see if you can actually eat the humongous bag full of fries that they give you. Store layout is tough... narrow space and not place for people waiting for orders to get out of the way of people trying to get a drink. Suggest that they move the drink machines a bit further down the alley, or just lose a table along the outside wall. 3/5/17 update: Have been to this location four times now, and can say that the service here is sloooooowwwww, as compared to the other dozen+ locations we have been to over the years. Maybe it is because they are still new and in training/learning? Slow register. Slow assembly. 20 minutes to get in & out with four orders in line in front of us, and two orders waiting. If they stay slow, will knock down a star on the review. Excellent.

First visit left little to be desired. The 2nd time was so much better because we used their new Five Guys app for iOS and Android systems. It was fast and easy to navigate. The only thing I dont like is the fries are greasy. I think for customers who ordered to take out should have their order double bagged because of the grease. Other than that I have never had a bad tasting hamburger.

Super good burgers, fresh veggies, crispy and warm fries, and like 1,000 different soda choices. Friendly staff, quiet lot, outdoor seats, and a clean environment are all present. Food is expensive, but worth it (plus the free peanuts while you wait for your meal). I have not tried the shakes, hot dogs, veggie sandwiches, or BLTs yet tho.

Was little busy but they were handling it quickly. I overherd manager telling workers to not let the work stations get messy as she gave the floor a quick sweep. We can watch them prepare the food and nobody will eat at a dirty place. The bathrooms were it clean conditions even though many people were stopping by from RT 95

Yes, you have to wait while they cook your burger and fries, but so what? Its the BEST burger and fries you will get from any chain! And better than most one-offs. All you have to do is get a milkshake and hang out while it cooks. Just dont get stuffed eating the peanuts.

The restaurant is clean but none of the employees I interacted with today seemed happy to be there. Also, the food was ok but not worth the price. Im looking for value so, while I may consider going to a different location, I will not be going back to this one.

Been there twice now, both times had to wait far longer than at any other location, and both times had to keep asking about my order to get them to even start on my milkshakes. Gonna stick with the Innsbrook one for now.

Food is great as always, however the teenagers working there that were visibly bickering were unprofessional. We ate outside. The young lady working the register was amazingly polite!

Five guys has the best burgers best fries (they come in giant sizes). My favorite is their hotdogs, they are amazing and you can get them with bacon, cheese, and many other toppings.
