First and last time here! We visited this location on Sunday, July 17th around 3:30pm. Came with my husband and two young girls on a slow afternoon . We were never acknowledged upon approaching the hostess station. I said hello, she took one look at me and quipped " how many?". I said hi, once more, as I thought maybe she didnt hear me and strangely, she asked "how many?" once again, no salutation. I thought it to be strange but I proceeded. We were seated in the center of the floor. My husband quickly asked for a boothe, as every single boothe in that section was empty. The young lady agreed it was fine, but asked us to wait one second. I assumed it was to wipe the table off or something, so we stood - my two girls; 3 and 5, and my husband and I....and the young lady vanished! A few minutes went by, she came back and motioned for us to sit, but did absolutely nothing to our new table. WHY WERE WE STANDING WAITING TO BE MOVED? Anyhow. My husband confirmed my families drinks so that he could give our drink orders to whomever.... BUT NO ONE EVER RETURNED TO OUR TABLE. Ever. We waited at least 20 minutes, watching the few families get food, give orders, even get checked on. We were grossly ignored and even watched a new couple be seated in the boothe beside us! When we saw the waitress immediately take the new guests drink orders, we knew, somethings not quite right here. I NEVER say things like this (let alone feel them) but kinda felt like we were in the South 60 years ago, if you catch my drift. We got up to leave. While we were herded my tots out, we once again passed the hostess station. The same young lady was there, seemingly just standing. She met my eyes but didnt even bother to question why we were leaving or even thank us for coming. She simply stared as I slowly (and confusely) walked right out the door in front of her face. I have never had that happen to me or my family. We walked across the street to Firebirds, and got a very nice welcome and a waitress appeared to take our drink orders before we all were even situated at our table!! We will never visit this place again!!! Very unprofessional! !!

Im a misplaced Texan with good southern hospitality & kindness. I have tried twice to eat at your establishment. Both times were disasters in terms of poor service. The first time the food did not come out as requested we had ordered fajitas and asked for medium rare it came out dead. I hate complaining however I did. I felt that it was very important for them to take my feedback constructively and do something with that. I got an apology and I did not have to pay for my food. Thats not why I complained I can pay for my own food. The second time was the worst. We ordered fajitas again we asked for medium rare it came out dead it was also supposed to come with charro beans and rice. When my wife and I finally realized that we didnt have the rice or beans we asked the waitress she came over to the table looked at our table and when we asked for them she said are you sure you didnt get them? My face literally turn to a puzzle and I turned and looked at her and asked her really look at the table again do you think I stuck it in my pocket or in my wifes purse. There was not an extra plate on our table there was not a grain of rice on the table there was no bowls of charro beans at all anywhere in sight. We eat out a lot we spend about $1000 dollars a month eating out at restaurants. I like your food I think its very good. However your hospitality is terrible. Your waitresses do not listen to requests. I am in the service business I am a service manager for car dealership I know what service is.

My husband and I came here tonight and received the worse service ever. I usually stop in at least weekly, but after tonight will never return to this location. We sat in the bar and it took about 15 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge that we were there. Finally a waiter came and took our drink and food order. My husband ordered fajitas well done. Nothing extraordinarily complicated. We waited 30 minutes before the manager comes to our table with some sad story about how there was a mixup in the kitchen because my husband ordered well done fajitas. We say ok and continue to wait. However, the help continues to bring out order after order of beef fajitas to other tables. Apparently there is no problem with their fajitas. After about another 30 minutes we call the manager back over and just ask to pay for our drinks because honestly, we were furious. How long does a damn order of well done fajitas take? She offers to let the drinks be on the house, but damn we didnt just come there for drinks. We had been travelling all day and were hungry and these incompetent people cant get an order of well done fajitas out after an hour. Truly sickening. We wont return to this location ever again. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. For the prices the service should always be impeccable and it was anything but.

I never ever review anyone or a company, but I do believe there is always room for improvement. I am far beyond disappointed with this place....went for a happy hour with my brother and his girlfriend, for me it had been awhile since Ive dined out so I was totally looking forward to my evening. Our waitress expressed that it was her first day so we were very patient and empethatic with her. But it was until my brothers girlfriend ordered a margarita and found a bug. We let the server know and she went to get the manager. He came over didnt know how to approach us, so I told him that there is some sort bug in her glass. He didnt apologize nor offer any alternatives. At that point I told him just to give us another drink. On top of everything that place charges you for everything my son ordered a fajita well we thought that it came with sour cream well it doesnt its an extra charge. Anyways just make sure you check your drink and ask if there is an extra charge for any condiments.

On a nice Sumday afternoon I went alone to get some lunch. The bar was empty so I took a seat. I was immediately waited on and ordered a beer and a quesadilla. The food came out in a reasonable timeframe and thats when things got bad. My waitress disappeared. I could not get the attention of 8 staff who were too busy to check on me because they were watching a Portugal soccer game. I sat with my food getting cold without the hot sauce I ordered, napkin, or another beverage. I watched the manager walk by me twice but couldnt get her attention. After 10 minutes I ate a cold quesadilla and finally the waitress showed up and I was able to get another beer. She commented to me "it has been a really slow day". It would certainly seem they were overstaffed, and not one person standing around was actually doing anything to serve the few patrons in the restaurant. Badly managed establishment which allows employees to do what they want and not properly serve their guests.
