My husband and I have been there twice in the past 2 weeks and the same employee DAN is out in the dining area loud on video chats and yelling back and fourth to employees working behind the counter . Also foul language is used loudly, the new employee was eating an ice cream cone in front of customers while he was behind the counter working, and ge messed up our order, etc. It will be a long time before we go back and hopefully it will have gotten better by then.

For $8 and change w/coupon I just had 2 bacon cheeseburgers, 10 piece nuggets, 8 piece mozzarella sticks (I got 9 and didnt know BK even had them) small fries and drink. Thats 2 or 3 meals for most people, I was surprised how good the mozzarella sticks were, I am very happy with the meal and I will stop tossing the coupons in the trash. Oh and fresh clear ice! You had to be there.

Everywhere in town is going to mess up your order eventually. So take a star or 2 for that. Otherwise the help in town is all interchangeable snd it shows. This is a nice change up from McDonalds if youre looking to avoid the line or just avoid McDonalds. Once s month to grab a quick burger on the run or a breakfast burrito. I dont excpect more than I get from fast food places.

Every single time we have gone there, our orders have been wrong somehow. Its close to our work so every now and then we go since its the only BK around. Last time, our order was right, however there was a hair in my sandwich. We couldnt go back to exchange it because our break was pretty much over, so I threw my $8 burger in the trash.

First I tried to order a 6 piece chicken finger, instead I got 6 orders of chicken fingers. As I screamed into the drive through some one finally answered and corrected the order. My fries tasted like they pulled them out of the garbage. Please though dont fire Anyone they will only be knocked up on welfare.

9.2.16 4:15 pm Food was made very sloppy ! I took my chicken sandwich up to show the employees and she laughed and said it was supposed to be made this way . Very poor customer service.

Fries were a bit cold and didnt seem fresh but they were not at all busy when we were there so that may have been why. Very clean and fast service
