The food is amazing. However the service is the worst out of anywhere Ive ever been. We are working individuals who are only allotted an hour for lunch. The first time we went we were there for an hour and 40 minutes (waited an hour for our food)! The waitress brought out ONE of our 4 individuals meal, delivered a different table all of their food, finally brought our appetizer, and then brought the rest of our meals. The second time we went we decided to call in our order ahead of time so that we wouldnt have to wait if there was a lunch crowd. We called the order in at 11:40 AM and was told itd be ready in 20 minutes so we arrived at 12. We waited 10 minutes just to be acknowledge and asked what we wanted to drink. Finally at 12:20, with no signs of our food I got up to ask the waitress about it. She finally brought our food out at 12:25/12:30 (Serving our meals before our appetizer). So what was supposed to be a 20 minute wait for food was actually a 45 minute wait. The waitress never checked on our table to see if everything was ok or ask if we needed refills, but she did drop off ONE of our to go orders but never brought the second. I had to get up from the table to ask for boxes and for the second to go order. The waitress said she didnt have another to go order for us and was rude and argued with me about it. Finally she said they would put the order in and start it. I told her we didnt have time to wait because we were over our hour lunch break. Finally another waitress came up and said there was a to go order "sitting there waiting". Obviously theres no communication between staff. Not to mention, both times they completely screwed up our checks. I had to explain numerous times who ordered what just to get them to split our checks correctly. Ive worked in the food service industry for over 10 years and I can say with absolute certainty they need new staff ASAP!!! We will no longer be coming to Ledos on our lunch breaks since apparently its impossible to get in and out of there in under 90 minutes.

First time here driving through town. Greek salad with house dressing is tasty but not interesting enough to finish, about $9 for a portion at least as large as a....Wendys full salad. Despite being a pizza place, it has sandwiches and a handful of salads and appetizers. Ambiance is reminiscent of a blue plate cafe: vinyl and mesh seats, flattened old carpet, dreary colors, but sufficiently clean with clean tables, cutlery and plates. Lists calorie count on the menu + Pleasant, smiling wait staff of two were enjoying each others conversation and company but ceased and promptly seated me. + Here for lunch at 11:15am on a Thursday. For what it is, a reasonably priced lunch place, Ill give it 4 stars.

The food was good and hot. It just seemed to take a while to get to our table, especially considering we were only 1 of 2 tables at the time. Id definitely go back again for the food (Buffalo chicken cheese fries, calzone, Stromboli). The one thing that really turned me off was the guy in the kitchen spewing obscenities loud enough for my 5 year old child to hear. I seriously almost walked out. Bottom line...Good food, fair service, talented but unprofessional kitchen staff.

We are from Canada and were staying in town on our way to the south. We went here because it was recommended by the hotel staff. It was one the best pizza places I have been to. Great service, food and prices. I would most definitely come back if I am in the neighborhood again.

I ordered a Ledo steak and cheese on ciabatta bread. It was very tasty. The rest of my family ordered a meatball sub, fettuccine alfredo, and a Ledo stromboli. Everyone liked what they had and prices were reasonable.
