First thing ,the bathroom was in my top 5 cleanest bathrooms for this type of restaurant and it even smelled great. I read the reviews I havent been to IHOP in a long time . That saying, Im not sure what people were expecting when they came to IHOP. Previous IHOPs I have been to dont even belong in the same category as this one. This was a clean super friendly restaurant from the moment I walked in. The food came right out and my server "Gary G. 156 " was more than capable and well mannered. My food exceeded my expectations and there was plenty of it. I hope others will read this post and give this place a chance !

My mom and I had breakfast on Saturday June 25th. We were seated promptly. Our server Val came up immediately to see if we had been waited on. She was very pleasant, very attentive to our needs, we were very, very pleased with her! The food was excellent also. My mom had the Colorado omelet. I had the steak omelet. They were HUGE! Great job Val! I hope the next time we come you will be there and be our server!

Delightful waitress, great service, and delicious food. We ordered a new item, Tuscan Scramble with pancakes and the roasted potatoes. Great taste, and made our day end on a great note with tasty food. Cant praise our waitress, Kayla, enough! She is apparently new, and was a refreshing delight to talk with and always attended to our requests for more items. She will be a joy to have serve us on our next visit there.

I got a male server twice, two different guys. They were so nice. There is never a problem with asking for something extra, such as the hot sauce or adding another item. The only drawback is that I order from the specials and the item rarely looks as big or as full as the picture, e.g. fruit on the pancakes. Tastes wonderful, of course.

The hostess needs to be trained on how to take a proper order over the phone. I asked for a sandwich with no bacon, tomato or ranch. Picked up my order and the bread was slathered with ranch. When back in to have it fixed and they left off my lettuce and cheese. I was given just bread and ham. Not happy at all.

First, ordered drinks and the waitress couldnt get this right... how hard is 2 orange juices with ice and a coffee? Then food arrives and is incorrect... pancakes are crusty, omelet is over cooked and crispy, and broccoli is in on plate instead of corn that was ordered. ...wtf!

Poorly staffed we are now 45 minutes into sitting here waiting for 2 eggs and hashbrowns several tables have not been cleared because of the lack of staff. Its only 10:30 pm
