This is the 2nd time ive been here and the 2nd bad experince ive had. This time we Got ignored when we walked in for several minutes. Was looked at by employees but not one said hello or ill be right with you or anything for that matter. Then the cashier walked up and just sat there staring at me, didnt say how can i help you or what can i get you. So finally i asked if she was ready for us to order she said yea so i ordered and when she gave me my change i said thank you...no response she just walked away. Then when our food was ready she just slid it across the counter...at which point i said thank you again, still no response she just looked at me and walked away. I wont be coming to this location again. They have 0 customer service skills and are just plain rude. Working with the public myself I know how important good customer service is... And if i were the manager or DM id be hiring new people who arent so rude or people will stop coming in.

Wanted something quick on my way home from a late night at work; Taco Bell had white girls wrestling in the lobby while the employees watched, so I figured I would stop here. The staff was 2 younger guys (and someone in the back I didnt see or talk to) that were very respectful others and myself. Very quick service (fresh and hot!) and they didnt seem to hate their job or hate being there like most closing staff tends to express. They acted like family and made it very inviting to people walking in. 5/5 stars - good job team!!!

The woman who took our order was extremely nasty. The guy at the window may have been new so I am cutting him some slack for being slow. I was shocked to see the woman who took our orders was a manager! I am a manager of a small business.....if I saw any of my employees treat someone the way she did they would be fired on the spot! That is inexcusable especially since we didnt even do anything. She started the minute we pulled up. It takes a lot for me to get upset at people but I am livid.

Order is always wrong . Cook makes order wrong Everytime , they are happy to fix it but it has been going on two yrs and it is the same each time.. The help is always the same but there is always a new person in management or claiming they are in charge..

Dirty, no ice, soda machines looked like they were rarely cleaned or serviced... Bad taste in all drink types...(usually means dirty lines)... The people we extremely friendly and were trying their best...just in desperate need of a Reno...

Drive through height limit sign has apparently been knocked off at some time and put back up but mounted to the pole lower than the height it diplays... Roof of my van has scratches now
