The food is great and priced well. I stopped by today and ordered a sub and two salads. After waiting 20 minutes I went up to see what the hang up was and was told they ran out of salad so they had to run and get some. No big deal until I sit for 10 more minutes and watch multiple people who ordered after me receive their salads. I asked what was going on and told they "dont keep things in order". Drive .5 miles further and go to Sams. Similar food and better price and they actually keep things in order of which you ordered.

Second time I have ordered from this place, first time they forgot my deserts upon delivery, this time I asked the lady taking my order to cut it Chicago Style, which means cut into squares. Of course they could not get that right either. Called and talked to the manager and she said they would send new pizzas out but would need the others back, my kids were starving and of course Im not going to make them wait because they can not get a simple thing right. I will NEVER order from them again. Customer Service is horrible!!

I have ordered from them a few times now. Each time the order taker is very very nice and the orders are always correct and promptly delivered. Today while I was ordering their phones went down and I could not complete the order. The sweet girl that was taking my order called me back from her cell phone. Now thats GREAT service. Oh and their food is great too. The Vocelli rolls are addictive!

Ordered two large pizzas for delivery. Quoted 45 minutes but pizza came in within 30 min. Speedy service and great attitude of driver. First time ordered from Vocelli and really liked the pizza. Sauce was not too sweet not to spicy just the right balance. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

Ordered 2 pizzas and a thing of wings. One pizza was burnt the other wasnt cutt and the chicken wings were not cooked all the way. Worst service Ive ever had. They acted like it was an inconvenience to give me my money back.

I ordered a large onion and bacon. The flavor was good but it hardly had any toppings which I paid for.They also over charged me witch I caught early enough for them to fix. Probably will not go back.

Not Pizza tough crust! Ordered Xtra cheese extra sauce pepperoni paid for it non existing horrible buy from grocery store the cheapest price. Much better
