food is good, but incompetent employees and manager, Jordan was also clueless .. spent 35 mins. trying to place order online with no luck ... called online ordering help who put me to Oxbridge ... was told over half the calls they get are due to website not working, but then was told by Jordan he couldnt do anything to fix website and didnt have a number to contact corporate about website ... although a customer for over 7 yrs., Jordan and his employees seemed ok that they lost me as a customer and add to that, Jordan was very rude like his employees were ... will never order from them again, I dont do business with those that treat their customers so poorly!

By far the makers of the most delicious pizzas in the Richmond area. And their sandwiches are much better than anything Subway or just about all but one or two of the other competitors in the area can give you. And they are not all that much more expensive either. I havent had the Stromboli in awhile, which is good but not the best I ever had. Now Im hungry for a sandwich, but theyre closed because its 3 oclock in the morning.

We love this Vocelli location, Pizza is always great and consistent, love love the crisp mini pepperonies they use on the pizza. They are fast I can order from 288 and Lucks Ln and by the time I get there my order is ready. Their mobile site is awesome it added it as a shortcut on my phone so it acuts like an app, take just a few clicks and I can reorder one of my favs!

Not a fan of the pizza, honestly. The pizza rolls, however, are delicious and Id order again just for those. Still, he delivery was super fast with a very friendly delivery fellow. ^__^
