Asked waitress PRIOR to ordering if we could use two coupons at one table on one bill or did we need to put the kids at one table and the adults at another and pay two separate bills in order to use both coupons. She replied by saying that that we could sit at a single table but that she would have to create two bills. We happily ordered based on this explanation. However, when we asked for the bill at the end of the meal she explained that we could only use one coupon. The manager even agreed that she had made a mistake but said that the owner would not allow him to honor both coupons. Therefore, we were faced with paying for meals that we would not have ordered. As a result we brought home 1 1/2 pizzas, 1/2 a sandwich, and 1/2 a pasta dish. We are regular customers that spend close to $60 each time we eat at this restaurant. Very surprised and disappointed in their decision not to honor their mistake. We dont love the food but choose to go here because it is a little cheaper and close to home. I guess in the future we will drive just a little further and start to frequent a different restaurant. All over $6.99 plus tax. Wow.

Service was great. Food was terrible. I ordered soup, salad, and breadsticks. The breadsticks were cold. The soup was cold. They also do not make their own soup which was disappointing. They order it from the same place a Panera. If you are not going to make it then I guess panera quality is good. It is a shame that the cooks cant figure out how to heat up already prepared soup. The salad was brown and filled with chuncks of the base of the head of lettuce. I know the cold soup problem could happen anywhere but when a customer complains dont bring another cold soup. Try it first. All in all I would not eat at this location.

Me and a few friends decided to go grab a slice after a couple games of bowling. I have never tried Ledo Pizza before and figured why not. As soon as we walked in there was someone ready to help us and show us to the seating area. We decided to go with a 18" Cheese Pizza. The pizza was square and not a circle, which I always feel I get more. The dough was fresh, crispy and very tasty. The cheese and the sauce both tasted very good and I think i ended up eating somewhere between 8-12 slices. As a lover of pizza I would recommend this lace to anyone, the pizza was great and the service was on point.

I will not be eating here again. We found a fly cooked into our pizza for our to-go order and almost ate it. We returned the rest of the pizza back. The manager had the nerve to say, "well we showed you the pizza before you left." I shouldnt have to look all through the toppings to find a dead fly in my food. Not sure where she was headed with that statement. Me and my family always dined here, we will not be giving them business nor our referrals. Ladies and gentlemen bring a magnifying glass and scope out your food.

After having a bad experience getting carry out I decided to give them another try. This time their customer service was outstanding! I ordered carry out at the counter after being greeted immediately upon entering. The friendly employee told me it would be twenty minutes. I had a seat and my pop pie pizza was brought out ten minutes later. I arrived home with a piping hot pizza that was perfectly made. My former bad experience must have been just an off day for this location. Will be returning!

Visited Ledos website to get a look at the menu and hours / phone number. The hours are listed to be open until 10pm. I contacted the store around 8:57 or so and they informed me they were closed. I explained the hours on the site were incorrect, they were snide with their reply and basically hung up on me. I wont be visiting here again.

I was in Fredericksburg for a funeral. I decided to try a local pizza establishment. Nowhere in their google details do they mention that dining in hours are different than the pickup hours. Hoping to dine in, we were turned away. Very disappointed with the experience.....

The Buffalo Pizza, with Blue Cheese Crumbles, is absolutely incredible! The Waffle Bacon/Cheese fries are also delicious! It seems a little pricey, at first.... Until the Pizza comes out. ITS GINORMOUS!! If youre a fan of Buffalo Sauce/Chicken? You must try this!

Love the big wings, and the size of the pizzas. Have only ordered for take away, though. Food is hot and exactly as ordered everytime. Staff is nice and helpful each time I go. Wouod give 5 stars but unfortunately they do not deliver.

Went with my client had the white pizza and it was delicious we ate the whole thing and wanted to go back for seconds afterwards. Was also priced cheap for such a tasty pizza Ledos is a different style of pizza but worth every bite
