I cant believe how rude the delivery guy was 1st off let me tell my whole experience. It took 1 1/2 hours for them to even deliver we ordered at 8:30pm and they didnt get here until 10pm. and then the delivery guy sent a text. A TEXT saying he was outside. we didnt look at the text until 10:04 so we hurry up and say were coming and called. This guy answers saying he already left and that he tried to call which was a complete lie we let him know we didnt get a miss call and he starts getting rude and yelling at us. We ended up calling back thinking we were calling the restaurant but it was the delivery guy and he pretended to be someone else then when we told him what happened he proceeded to get rude again letting us know it was him and hung up on me so I called one last time to let him know I would be leaving this exact review! Also they refused to refund us our money so we had to get a credit smh WILL DEFINITELY NEVER GET MY BUSINESS AGAIN

Not sure how this complete lack of human decency could ever obtain anything above 1 star. Restaurants like these are why there needs to be a 0-star option, to eventually remove them from the pool for ordering. The order takes an hour and a half, the driver REFUSES to come to my doorway (open driveway, no fence, no animals, well lit) and then drives off with my food, that I had paid online for. Abhorrent service. All the high ratings must be from carryout, DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY. YOU WILL END UP UPSET AND HUNGRY. I REPEAT. DO NOT ORDER FROM AZITOUNA. YOU WILL RECEIVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU COULD IMAGINE

Pros : Great pizza, consistently. I order from them often. Best in the area for sure. Professional and kind. They remember you. Pizza comes QUICK and HOT Everytime. Cons: jumbo wings are itsy bitsy. I will never order them again. Too pricey overall, in comparison to their competitors. No chairs, cant sit to wait for your order. Its dark and spooky inside. If you want pizza within ten -fifteen miles ...I strongly suggest you order from here.

Best pizza Ive had in DC. The crust is crispy yet soft, and the ingredients are incredibly fresh. Their salads are fresh and leafy, and the sandwiches are great - the Steak Cheese and Bacon sandwich is awesome. The prices are very affordable. The owner is great and personable, he makes you feel like youre being greated by a friendly neighbor. The delivery is pretty fast and prompt. Azitounas is a great choice.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Driver refused to bring order to my door. Expected me to walk out to my hate to pick up food despite me explaining Im handicapped! I had already paid for food thru GrubHub with a tip included. Such a nasty attitude. Not sure what he thought an old lady would do. Just ridiculous! Will NEVER ORDER FROM THERE AGAIN!

I dont know who would give more than 1 star to this terrible restaurant. These guys are thieves and the nastiest pizza ever delivered to me. They will take your money and not deliver your food. Such a joke and so unprofessional. Never order from these guys.

The bacon cheese fries were burnt and very little cheese was added (looked like less than a pinch...) but the calzones, cheese steaks, and pizzas are fine. The service is very iffy. As of late I feel like they could care less.
