I always ordered from Phillps sometimes here and there some little mistakes but I let it go this experience made me promise that I will never order from here again I order and special an 2 8" sub with 15 wings and 2Liter soda When I order I CLEARLY Said jalapeños not black olives when my order came everything else was right except they gave me black olives and I am allergic to black olives I called back told them the problem and lady I reached was kind and said my order correctly but they gave me the wrong order I get a call back from the man I talked to the first time saying "Mame you said black olives not jalapeños why would I say I want something on my order that Im allergic to and if I said black olives why doesnt the receipt say that as I wait for my order when it finally came there were minor mistakes but I said whatever I chewed into I told my brother this tastes weird we opened it up about the middle of the sandwich and found an rotten Jalapeño I was disgusted I took an picture and everything knowing they wouldnt believe they should know this is my last time order from there I wish I can give them NO STARS

Placed a delivery order at 7:30pm this evening. Was told at 8:30pm my order was out for delivery. At 9pm I still did not receive my order! I was told they had no idea what happened to my order and they would have to make a new one and send it to me. They had the nerve to tell me I would still be charged for my order nearly 2 hours later! Horrible customer service!!!! I will never order from this crappy place again! If I could give 0 stars I would.

Omg! I will never order from this place again. The food arrived 35 min later than expected, it was cold, and the wings were the most disgusting wings Ive ever tasted. They were very dark and tasted like they were cooked of very old oil, when explains the color. SMH! Oh ! Even the fries were bad. They had black spots on them, caused by rotten potatoes, and I had toss them out!

If I could give 0 stars I would! I ordered a chicken ceaser wrap, and under special instructions stated no chicken. When it was delivered, was filled with chicken and no lettuce. I called to let them know, and the owner told me that common sense would be to order a veggie wrap. VERY RUDE and the worst customer service EVER! Will never order from this establishment again!

The chicken was not completely done The sub was made how i asked just more letters then meat. So good sub however when called back to notify the manager. He became defensive after i told him i read past reviews and i would rather a sub. Lol he demanded his chicken that was haft done,

Small 1 topping 8" cheesesteak subs and two sodas $13.00. What a deal. This food is made fresh. Im standing here watching them prepare my order. Dude made my pizza dough with flour right outta the bag. Unheard of! Im would come back if I lived here.

Order from here multiple times a week, consistently good n prepares the food how i want the majority of the time. Takes about 45mins to an hr to deliver, but its worth the wait.
