Great food but HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Every time I order and Ive ordered from my house, my moms, and friends and everyone I knows all have the same issue. They NEVER get the order right and they rip you off. If you dont say your missing something they wont return it and they will still keep your money. Last night hit the fan normally I order they mess up or leave 1thing and have to bring it back but last night they messed up my entire order. I had 2- 12inch sub special with 2cans and 2fries and 1 order of 10 buffalo wings for 23.99$. The person who took my order understood it was a special and repeated EVERYTHING back to me. When delivery guy shows up he has 1sub and then tries to rush and tell me everything is in the bag, however I knew it wasnt right because the bag felt light. I asked him where is the other sub, fries ,sodas and wings we order. He tells me its not on the receipt and I need to call. I call they tell me sorry its coming and the delivery guy comes back 20mins later with my other sub & wings yet still no fries or sodas that came with the special. I call again they are rude with an attitude and tell me ok hes coming back and then he has the fries and sodas but the sodas are not the kind I asked for. They didnt offer a refund, an extra soda, a coupon Nothing but pure rudeness. We only order from them because they are the only place open after 10pm when I get off. I have never ordered from a place that gets your order wrong every time. Even the pizza I ordered one time had the wrong toppings and I had to have them bring the correct pizza because I was allergic to the toppings on the messed up order. I would recommend you dont order if you can help it. They dont care about there customers AT ALL .

I stopped patronizing them a while ago and thought I would give them another chance. I ordered Friday no problem then I "JUST" did a re-order of the same order from Friday TODAY Sunday 9/20. My order was delivered over an hour after I ordered and one item was not there and the other was not what I ordered nowhere near what I ordered. I called and the woman who works there was nasty as sin and then she hung up on me like it was my fault they got the order wrong. the same thing happened when I stopped ordering before and the woman there with the accent was the cause then too. So this will be my last time and I will not be giving them another chance. The food is great but that women and her attitude will ruin a good thing and she did. OK so 1.5 hours after my initial order I have my other two items. Yea I will miss the food but my money matters so I can spend it where people at least pretend like it does.

New Ravens pizza used to be my favorite place to order a pizza for delivery. They totally changed. The pizza is not good any more. Their service is terrible now. It seems like the owners have changed or something. The cheese is not as good and its got significantly less cheese. Nevertheless, my husband and I ordered cuz we always order here. But recently, they messed up orders two times in a row and they charged a higher price. They said they are going to give a discount to fix the price difference but they again delivered a wrong pizza that is cheaper. They also had a problem with their attitude in dealing with the problem.

The food was good at first,so me & my family ordered more often. now its the worst. food dont taste good, & the delivery sucks its takes a hole Hour and half before i receive my food. i just order today & the man on the phone said my order was 28$ but when it was delivered it was 30.87 & on the receipt they scratch out 28$ & put 30.87 so i called & talk to the same man that took my order, i ask him y did he tell me one price & then change it & he lies and say he never said 28$ but as i stated it was also on the receipt but it was scratch out. i will never order from here again.

THIEVES!!!!!! I ordered my food and attempted to tip the delivery man with what I thought wasnt enough, so i apologized. He told me I already tipped online (and I know I didnt bc there was no such notification or hot button to select). He RELUCTANTLY showed me a receipt that had a tip WRITTEN BY HIS OWN PEN. I called the store to let them know what happened only to do find out that they automatically take a tip from you "BECAUSE ITS NIGHTTIME"!!! "Oh that is our mistake sir", ..... youre g*damn RIGHT it is! Consider yourself reported to BBB...to start with!

I have ordered from here alot delivery and pickup. I live on the edge of their delivery range and they tend to get here pretty quick. Subs & Wings are average. Love their fries & pizza though. I work across the street and get their pickup combo pizza and a can soda alot. Anytime Ive ever had an issue with my order being incorrect they tend to rectify the issue immediately and give me the choice whether I want to get my item redelivered now or get the item for free next time. I will continue to order from here regularly over the nearby phillips pizza

I placed an order online. I live 10 minutes away from the place. And 2 hours later I call to find out about the pizza and was told they dont deliver to my side of Owings mills. I was upset because the website says they deliver to Pikesville, Randallstown and Owings mills. I live in Owings mills. I was initially upset that I was not informed of this and had to wait, but later a manager called and offered me free food and delivery. He apologized and explained to me why they dont deliver to my side of Owings mills. I appreciated the outreach.

Ive been with Ravens Pizza when they first started. Everything was all good but now it seems their service is horrible. It should not take a full hour and a half for a small pizza to be delivered 10 mins away from them. IF you call to check on your order they cut you off and tell you that the person just left already then hang up, rude much?! Im sorry to say but this place has gone down hill.

Too many games! I enjoy their pizza very much, but mistakes often ruin the experience. For example, we order boneless wings for delivery, and get delivered bone-in wings. And last Saturday, we ordered, and paid for an XL 18" pizza, and was served a 16". When we complained about the discrepancy, the staff became rude & argumentative. Foods good, but send me what I order, & what Im charged for!

Customer service is absolutely fabulous the food is better than Papa Johns Dominos Pizza Hut any of those commercial places the wings are fabulous. We had a problem one night and they were here in five minutes making it right. Will never get wings or pizza from anywhere else other than Pizza Ravens. I see them out at stores and they recognize me! Support local. Wings are the best!!!
