I have just been to my local Roy Rogers in Ranson, WV. I went thru the drive thru and paid at 7:59pm, and was told it would be 15 minutes for the chicken, which I said would be fine. I waited 30 minutes, went inside to inquire on my order as Id seen many people come and go and my food still wasnt ready. I ordered a 20 pc. chicken, 3 lg. mashed potatoes, 1 lg. baked beans, and 1 lg. baked apples. When I went in, they only gave excuses that theyd had several 12 pc. orders and my 20 pc. and they can only drop just so much food. Not only that, after waiting 30 minutes for the chicken, Im told it will be 3 more minutes, they are waiting on baked beans. Again, the same story, "we ran out of beans and potatoes with all the chicken that went out". I waited the extra minutes for the beans, took the food home, and the beans were ice cold, not even a teensy bit warm. I tried to call 3 times to the store, and only got a busy signal. In all, I waited 35 minutes after being told 15 minutes to wait, and got ice cold beans, and just barely warm chicken. Only the potates were kind of hot, and the apples. Nobody would even touch the beans. After waiting 35 minutes for food, and being given only excuses, I would have at *least* expected HOT food. This is completely inexcusable for service. A $42 dinner that wasnt worth the 35 minute wait. And, as a side note.. every time I go there, I have to wait. They have NEVER had chicken ready when I got there, but tonight, was beyond rediculous.

Unbelievable that a Roy Rogers restaurant didnt have their s*** together. We walked in, only customer at the counter, asked for 2 combo meals, roast beef well done with cheese, received raw meat, no cheese, fries were cold. WERE THE ONLY CUSTOMERS, what the h*** is going on?!?!?! Obviously they need focus therapy, or new cooks. Dont these stores have monitors in the back letting the trimmer know how people want their food??????? Store was in Ranson, WV. December 4th, 4:30pm. Obviously store hasnt gotten any better since Megans complaint back in May, or Skools back in August (see comments posted below).

Went to Roy Rogers Thursday night right before closing, was told they r out of chicken???, went back next day in the afternoon again they only had two pieces of chicken, I explained this to the person taking the order what happened last night her response-"I didnt Work last night",really girl, customer service has gone to the dogs, asked to talk to manager, explained what happened, she very apologetic, gave us a discount, she explained that they just had two large orders, thats why they were low on chicken, thats all the other person should have said.

There was very little chicken ready at 12:30 on a Sunday afternoon. "Itll take a few minutes for the chicken". 17 minutes later, we took the chicken home to discover it was rubbery. The sides were obviously mass produced. The only good thing out of the entire experience was the fresh fixins. I will not grant them my business again, nor will I encourage anyone else to patronize that restaurant.

The drive thru is a joke. I had my Roy Rogers app to get my rewards and the guy said " oh you have to do that in the beginning of the meal". What? He would not scan my phone so I could get my rewards. BASTARD!! I had not even left. Stupid people that demand $15.00 a hour. Then they didnt give me my salad. Stupid, stupid idiots. Must have voted for Hillary. Morons.

The service was so bad I went inside and went the hell off and had to pay a fine anyways they had the nerve to tell me that I wasnt allowed back in the store.. I said if u thought for one minute that roy rogers would see another penny I earned then hell would have froze over. The food isnt good anyways. Go to Martins or KFC for good chicken and service.

The food is good but quality is hit or miss sometimes. I would recommend going in to make food to-go rather than ordering the toppings cups from drive through - the veggies arent very fresh in those cups. Would recommend just about anything they have on their menu, especially the roast beef, as long as its fresh.

Terrible terrible service. I told the manager there was no soap in the bathroom. After my food was delivered I was still waiting for the soap dispensers to be filled. I wound up going out to my car to get wet wipes because I would have waited for ever for soap. Dont waste your time going to this restaurant . .

When I visited the Roys today it was nothing like the restaurant experienced by Patrick and Megan. The place was very clean. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The food was excellent. I would highly recommend this location.
