I have been going to Moby Dicks since they had only the 1 location in McLean and the food is really good. However, our experience with the Falls Church location was less than stellar. The food was good but understanding the menu and communicating with the staff proved to be a problem. The menu isnt quite clear as to what you get when ordering a combo - rice, salad and/or pita - we couldnt tell so we asked and ordered based on what we thought the woman behind the counter said. When we got our bille it was higher than we thought it should be because apparently we ordered "extras" without knowing it and we ended up with food we didnt want - the only thing they got right was the type of meat we ordered - which was tender and yummy, but not worth the hassle of dealing with the staff here.

The food was really good but ordering was a total nightmare. Our order wasnt complicated but when we questioned why we were charged $1.50 more per entree than the price on their menu we received a totally confusing answer (that wasnt much of an answer). Long story short - the price was higher than it should have been, the cashier couldnt offer a good reason for the difference and Ill never be going back. The food, as good as it was, just wasnt worth having such a bad customer service experience.

Food was good but customer service was horrible. Difficult to understand the menu and we end up paying extra for ordering with rice. The guy behind the counter was full of himself. Hey..we dont care if you are the owner or whatever, all we need was good customer care. At least you should be patient to answer our questions. I will never come back.

Cant have enough of the Jujeh Kabob. My favorite lunch spot in the DC metro, and great place to have a quick casual dinner. The Falls Church location is very cosy, and I love that they show children movies from Netflix, so we (the exhausted parents) can have a peaceful time while munching on a juicy kabob.

One of the best Kabobs and Chicken Kabobs Ive had, and this is coming from an Iranian who has been eating these food for all my life. The food is delicious, is authentic and it comes with free freshly baked bread and yogurt. The staff are nice too! I pay them a visit Everytime I am in DC area.

The food here is outstanding . The chicken is the most moist Ive ever had in kabobs and the flavor is deep. The rice is made with real butter and is perfect. Ive taken several people to this location and everyone loves the food. The staff here at the Falls Church location is very nice, too.

My god do I love this restaurant. Had it multiple times from UberEats when I was in DC area. The best Kubideh and pita and hummus I have had. I believe everything is made in house and it shows. If you love middle eastern food, order from this place.

They do kabob the best in the area by far hands down. Huge amount of food, the chicken and rice is amazing. The combos are enough for two people. Also perfect for take out. My office orders from here all the time for big events.
