These three and less star posters have had a one time experience they did not like it seems. Here is a more reliable post. My wife and I literally tried every Chinese/ Cant restaurant in the Gaithersburg, Rockville, Bethesda, Germantown, and Frederick, area. Most of them we tried the same foods, to get an idea of authenticity. CHINA JADE, by far, in food and service, has provided us quality and satisfaction every time, for the last five years. We are in-shape, foodies. We eat once a month roughly at CJ, within our budget, and they have never failed us. Maggie the manager, is amazing and always accommodates. She knows us very well, since we are regulars, and ALWAYS asks how the family is if we go for pickup. They are all friendly, courteous and respectful. I HIGHLY recommend this place over any other Chinese restaurant. With Respect Michael

I called to see if the China Jade delivered and I was referred to a order taking center at a different number. Once I placed my order for 2 items one crispy sesame chicken and an order of chicken lo-mein the lady told me my total was $31.64. I asked her if this was correct she said yes the sesame chicken is $14.95, the chicken lo-mein is $9.95, a $4.95 delivery charge, and the 6% sales tax. Oh and dont foget you have to tip the driver. The China Jade website stated chicke lo-mein was $7.95 seasame chicken is $11.95(for the large size) with a $2 delivery charge so one would think that would only come to $23.12. Bunch of crooks in my opinion. Will not try order from here ever and will let every else know not to either.

Authentic Chinese food with excellent taste and great service. I am not an easy person to please in terms of Chinese dishes. Here is what we ordered: Slice Pork with dry bean curd; Fish filet with vegetable in peppery broth; Diced Chicken with dry hot peppers and one pork with spinach and pine nuts dish. Wow, complex and yet well balance between "spicy" and "numb" flavors are certainly there to please your taste buds. What a place to enjoy a great dinner for less than $50. Highly recommended. David

I think this place sucks big time in customer service they dont know how to treat customers. I ordered kung pao chicken, the chicken was half cooked and it was smelling bad ...I recommend dont even try to go this place...The place was so messy and even the plates and glasses are not cleaned properly

Very bad management, poor food. they just boil and serve. very bad taste. no respect for customer, they go ahead and add tip for you and fight, argue and run behind you for tips.. never going to that place again. Worst restaurant. i prefer to give a 0 rating, but could not find.

Worse Chinese Ive ever had! "traditional" menu pork and green pepper and pork and dried tofu were just plates of greasy tasteless food. Great disappointment after reading about it in the Washingtonian review!!!

Cantonese is decidedly non-spicy and Sichuan is very spicy so I didnt know how a restaurant could specialize in both of them, but they made it work and its good food and I had a good time here!

Great authentic food especially when ordered off the Chinese menu and not the American menu. I have many business lunches there because of the great food, good prices and very good service.
