Worst Subway ever!!! Unacceptable customer service!!! The first time we visited during lunch, there were a lot of people there. The owner told us that we had to pay for refills but the other people who seemed to frequent this subway did not have too. Rude! Deciding to give them a second chance, we went back a month or so later. I waited at the front of the store for five to ten minutes before anyone came out to assist me. The man that took my order, didnt consider asking if I wanted another sandwich. After I told him my first sandwich, he put it in the toaster and went in the back. Upon his return I told him that I wanted another sandwich. Which made my first sandwich sit on the counter and become cold. I had intended on getting a cookie but they looked like they had been sitting there for a week or more.

Laxman and Adriana went far over and above to make sure I got what I wanted, even though it was near closing time. Laxman made me a type of sandwich that wasnt even supposed to exist until the next day. The store was clean and both employees on duty were friendly and accommodating. The sandwich was pretty delicious too! A+ customer service!

Best subway! I usually dont like the way subway stuffs up my sandwich but Terry made a very neat sub. She was nice, friendly and offered me the vegan patties and sauces, with detailed information. Before that, I only have vegie delight but now I love subway patty!
